This rental is as scenic as it comes! The views were beautiful, yet it is still incredibly close to local shops and restaurants. Inside, the space was very comfortable, calm, and clean, making it the perfect place to relax. A huge bonus was having access to kayaks, which made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this property!

Cranberry Cove was in a perfect location for our Cape Cod getaway. Close to great beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and having our coffee or a glass of wine. It was so peaceful and quiet. I was there with my son and grandchildren and there was plenty of space for us all. The beds were very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The EV charger and the outdoor shower were a big plus for us as well. I would highly recommend this house for your next Cape Cod getaway. - Patricia, May 2026

We had such a wonderful stay at Cranberry Cove! The location is absolutely perfect—tucked into a charming little cove with easy access to the beach, plus just a short drive to local stores and quaint shops. It’s also a quick ride to nearby towns like Provincetown and the ferry, which made exploring so easy. There was so much to do for the kids, which made the trip even more enjoyable for our group. The home itself was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 2 adults and 3 kids. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. One of our favorite spots was the peaceful deck—such a relaxing place to unwind after a day out. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, convenient, and relaxing getaway! - Kristin, April 2026

The view was even better than the pictures showed. Beautiful water, sunsets and sunrises. The home was clean and big enough to fit our small group. The property was easy to get to and had all of the necessary items for coffee and meal preparation.

This 3 bedroom ranch home for our family. It is just a short walk to the Bass River Golf course allowing the golfers in our group access to a morning tee-time without any travel time. We could enjoy a morning on the fairways and an afternoon on one of the great beaches or a pick-up pickleball game at Flax Pond Recreation Area. The central mid-Cape location meant we could easily explore both ends of the Cape, bike along the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail, and enjoy a festival in Chatham. As a first-timer, I was eager to explore it all! Walking on the boardwalk at Gray's Beach (beautiful sunsets), chowing down lobster rolls at Skipper's Chowder House, browsing at local shops, and a tour of the Edward Gorey House were just a few highlights. However, you don't have to leave the property if you just want to relax and reinvigorate. You can watch the sunrise over the golf course from the front bay window or take your coffee to a lounge chair on the deck in the large, beautifully landscaped private backyard. Are you a reader? Stretch out with a favorite book in the large great room with plenty of natural light or by the fireplace in the living room. I must mention the attractive, large, modern kitchen that is well equipped for whipping up snacks or gourmet meals. There is a first floor laundry and mud room and an outdoor shower to keep daily chores convenient. There is a garage and driveway for four cars, so finding a safe place to park was never an issue. Each room of the house was tastefully decorated for comfort and enjoyment. It filled all our vacation needs, and we would definitely return to see even more of what Cape Cod has to offer. - Joanne, May 2026

October, they call it second Summer, cooler but nice enough to be outdoors. Nice property! Enjoyed the views of the sunrise over the golf course and the spacious yard. Comfortable living and sleeping, well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook. Central to beaches, shops, golf, and places for great food! I felt at home while on holiday in the Cape! Will do this again! - Suzie, October 2025

Coastal Calm Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and incredibly comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the beach and having so many restaurants and shops just minutes away. The cottage had everything we needed, and it felt like a true Cape Cod getaway. We can't wait to return.

The photos looked great, but the cottage was even better in person. Everything felt fresh, updated, and well cared for. The proximity to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions made it easy to enjoy our vacation without spending all day in the car. We would absolutely stay again.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The cottage was bright, welcoming, and exceptionally clean. We appreciated all the recent upgrades and attention to detail. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. A wonderful home base for exploring the Cape.

Do not expect large. The house is a small cottage in a complex of small cottages. We were there in May so the weather was chilly as we expected - no one went in the water. Only complaint was that there was only one trash bag?? And the house was void of any extras like coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc. This was like camping so be sure to bring your own stuff.

The place was just like it was advertised and shown in the photos. The weather did not cooperate with us, but we still enjoyed the view. We had to buy shampoo and conditioner which I had not seen it was not included and had to ask to borrow an iron, but everything else we needed was available. We loved going to all the small towns around Cape Cod.

SeaSpark is a wonderful place to stay on Cape Cod! The location is excellent, and the property itself is spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and full of character. The thoughtful layout makes it both practical and relaxing, whether you're staying for a weekend or a longer getaway. The host clearly takes great pride in the property - it was exceptionally clean and very easy to access. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others, no matter the season.

Our stay in cottage 29 was excellent! Not one complaint. Very clean and had everything we needed. In fact we asked front desk to book us for next year. She said she would put us down for it and to expect an email to confirm. I have not seen that email. We would like to book cottage 29 for May 15,16,17,18,19 2027. Can you please advise if that can be done? I'm also wondering if Seaside still offers off season special rent 2 nights 3'rd free or 3 and 4'th free? Thank you. Long time visitor to Seaside.FYI..Front desk was super nice and welcoming! Sandie

If you're looking for a gorgeous view of the ocean, while being a 60 second walk from your front door to a very nice beach- you have found the right spot. The grounds are well kept, the access to the ocean is spectacular and the room is cozy. You're also less than 5 minutes walk from a wonderful seafood restaurant with a great ice cream selection. The bathroom and kitchen are very small, but provide all the essentials. Truly a beautiful place to enjoy the ocean.

Dear folks,
We had prompt connecting with NEVR and clear instructions. The Cape House greetings were nice ! I have rented many houses in the area and this home was by far the most loved and our favorite!
A very quiet neighborhood usually , but busy truck, trailer, landscaping traffic and parking as everyone was preparing other yards on street for summer.
Location was perfect, close to restaurants, Milano’s we loved, and took a nice ferry ride over to Nantucket for the day and another day drove out to P-town.
Sadly we were unable to access the close proximity of beach and stairway as Town was working there during our stay to refurbish beach and had it totally blocked off . We did get in a couple walks by end of week!
There was a lot a seaside comforts around the home and everything was in new updated condition and pristine, even the floors! Loved the large shower and 2 bathrooms!
We enjoyed the sunporch, when sunny as the weather was chilly and rainy but the comforts inside were warm

Host is very responsive and accommodated our requests for modified check-in/out times. We appreciated upfront notification of logistics that we may not have been aware of on arrival e.g. separate request and payment for linen and towels. Overall, we had a lovely and seamless stay.

Awesome Cape getaway. The house was very clean, linens were fresh, nice neighborhood close to many amenities. Seagull Beach 1.5 miles away was great. Nice fenced in backyard . Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, plates, etc. that we needed on days we chose to do meals in. Loved having the 3 separate living areas, the sunroom, etc. that we could spread out in for individual activities too. Would definitely consider staying there again. - Kristin, July 2025

This is exactly the kind of Cape Cod home you hope to find but rarely do. The architecture has authentic coastal charm, the bathrooms are beautifully updated, and the kitchen was stocked better than many full-time homes. We especially loved spending evenings on the patio overlooking the water and gathering around the firepit as the sun went down. The entire property feels thoughtfully maintained and genuinely cared for. It strikes a perfect balance between upscale and comfortable — elegant enough to feel special, yet relaxed enough that you immediately settle in. A truly lovely Cape Cod escape. — Liz, May 2026

This house was absolutely perfect for our family reunion, even with chilly November weather. We had my two teenagers, my in-laws, and us all staying together, and somehow the house still felt spacious and relaxed. The downstairs area became the kids’ headquarters, while the adults gathered upstairs. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and made cooking large meals surprisingly easy. What stood out most was how comfortable and welcoming the home felt — cozy enough for family time, but large enough that nobody felt crowded. We made wonderful memories here and would happily return. — Dianna, November 2025

I stayed here with several fellow board members during a corporate retreat, and the property exceeded expectations. The home has a polished coastal style that immediately reminded me of the Harbor Court Yacht Club in Newport — classic New England character with a refined, upscale sailing feel. It worked perfectly for both business and downtime. We had comfortable spaces for meetings and strategy sessions during the day, then relaxed in the evenings with excellent restaurants just a short drive away. The setting was quiet, private, and impressive without being pretentious. Several of us agreed we’ll be returning, and next time we plan to bring our golf clubs because of the outstanding nearby courses. — Robert, October 2026

Over the years I’ve rented many homes for family gatherings, and this property truly stands out. The family chose Cape Cod as a destination and I wanted a home with an authentic Cape Cod feel which is hard to find. We stayed here over Thanksgiving, and the house was exceptionally well prepared for hosting a large family. The kitchen had everything we needed; the layout gave everyone room to spread out comfortably, and the views over the marsh and water were outstanding — especially at sunset. The neighborhood itself was quiet, scenic, and perfect for morning walks. One afternoon we even discovered a path leading down toward the beach, which became a favorite part of the trip. The home has that rare combination of being both elegant New England and welcoming. I would return without hesitation. — Ron, October 2025
