Perfect Cape vacation cottage! So clean, comfortable, and the shortest walk to the beach through a very sweet community where everyone is so friendly. Keyless entry was so convenient, kitchen was nicely set up with appliances and pots and pans. Bed was "strangely mushy"as another reviewer said, but incredibly comfortable. We slept great! We'll definitely rent this cottage again!

This place was in an excellent location and good value for the money. The only hiccup was the beach permit was not on property and we had to wait until noon the first day for it and we were only there for a 3-day weekend, and they don't let you use the beach pass the day you check out. The property managers were very responsive.

Great location! Right in the village of Harwich and walking distance to the beach. Spacious, secure, clean, modern, and comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are all walking distance from the unit.It was easy to find and the information to access the unit was provided for prior to the trip. It was a very relaxing and stress free trip.We'll definitely reserve this unit again.

My husband, mother and father in-laws from Ohio and I had a wonderful vacation. The property was exactly as expected for a beach front location. The weather was perfect and so relaxing to have the ocean outside our backdoor. We were close enough to all the wonderful food and attractions. Some updating would make it more comfortable. Kitchen (applicances & utencils, coffee maker, etc.) and bathrooms (update shower stalls) need some TLC. This would greatly improve the property. Just a few suggestions otherwise it was wonderful. All things considered, we would book a vacation here again.

Perfect spot for our family beach week! The have stayed on Sagamore Beach multiple times for our family's yearly beach vacation, but this was our first time in this particular house. We love Sagamore Beach -- quiet and clean, with wonderful sand dunes to play on during low tide. This year did not disappoint!The house was clean and well appointed, with very comfortable beds. Our kids loved the deck, esp. the fun decorations such as the mini windmill. The house does not have AC (as noted in the listing) which was not an issue for us, but it might have been uncomfortable if there had been an unexpected heat wave. In our experience, Cape rentals in general are a bit pricey. For the cape, I think that the pricing was fair / on point. Overall, we had a great trip in a lovely home!

We had an amazing time ! The place it’s just wonderful , exactly what we wanted a nice cozy place right on the beach ! Gorgeous view, amazing ocean sound as our “noise machine”,wonderful! Can’t wait to go back next year !

We have used NEVR before and continue to be impressed especially with the accurate and appropriate communications and quality of the rentals. Our Sea Glass home was perfect for us (just one couple) and the attention to details in every room was wonderful.
