This house is in the perfect location and has an amazing setup. The hosts were incredibly responsive, and everything looked exactly as pictured. The backyard features a spacious lawn and an awesome patio. It truly captures that classic Cape Cod feeling! Would definitely reccomend!

Perfect house for our family of four! The weather didn’t cooperate but we had a great stay. The house was immaculate, beds are comfy and the walk to the beach was short. Lots of food and coffee places close by!

This home was bigger, more luxurious and comfortable than expected. Dogs are welcome and yet I was nervous because everything looks so white& pristine. Awesome slipcovers meant I didn't have to stress if my brother's dog put a paw on couch. We were siblings from all over gathering for parent's funeral. The large living room with window seat allowed us to sit together and reminisce. The description indicates a greater occupancy than 10 and it is worth every penny if you will use all the amenities and the large space as described. Fantastic lake, dock, huge downstairs and much more. Communicating with owners directly is the essence of AirBnB. Prop. managers are necessarily formal and by the book - reiterated "Occupancy 10". Only 6 of us stayed - but more than 10 gathered post funeral. Not a party, but I was nervous. Other owners understood and welcomed me, but rules are rules with PMs. GREAT House! (Sink was clogged but its always something. Caught a Bass!)

We had an amazing and very restful time at the cottage in late December. It was in the offseason but the cottage was a great base for exploring Cape Cod and taking walks on the beach, which is just steps from the cottage. Will definitely be going back next year.

Beautiful house -clean and stocked with every supply you can think of or need. Half mile walk to Hardings Beach and quick ride into town. Great stay and easy process from start to finish.

There were 8 of us, ages 3 to 69, who stayed at the house, and we found the common spaces, bathrooms, and appliances to be excellent. The neighborhood is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, yet quiet as can be.

We loved Crosswinds II in Harwich! The fenced in backyard, quick walk to the beach, cooking meals at home, hanging out in the homey living room, and the fireplace were some highlights. My young son enjoyed the books, toys, chalkboard, and the bunk beds! He even spent a little time on the swing set even though it was quite chilly when we went. The Cape is so peaceful in the winter and it was a nice touch that the owners had some decorations to celebrate the winter holiday season. NEVR was wonderful to work with as well. Thanks again!

We had a really great time at the Mooring. It was the perfect place for our large group of 11 adults. The bedrooms were lovely & the linens were top quality. The living space was really great as well; we spent time watching football; having snacks & cocktails at the bar in the large living room; we spent time on the porch; we used the glorious kitchen to make a great dinner one of the nights (the other night, we walked just a short distance to the Sea Grille for dinner) and we played some great card games in the dining room. We really had a wonderful time at the Mooring.
Thank you for a really great time! We hope to return next year for the same weekend!

We stayed here for my wife's birthday with some friends. Its a great house. Super new and clean and right on the water. At the end of the road so there's some nice privacy. We usually stay further in the cape due to proximity to everything but in the fall this is the perfect spot. Such a beautiful spot and a nice wide open layout.

Location and proximity of this home is more than ideal. walking distance to everything. Home was much larger than anticipated and the amenities were top notch. A great home for entertaining!

Me and 4 friends rented the house for a quilting retreat. The upstairs was so spacious we were able to set up 2 tables and 2 ironing boards. The house was very clean and we had a great stat.stay.Highlyre

Weekend trip in the fall this was nice and close to the beach, we were able to walk down twice in one day just to walk the dog! Great back deck for enjoying a nice afternoon!

Lots of room for the 7 of us. Love the number of beds was accurate. It was actual beds not air mattresses or sofa beds. Most of us had our own bed. Basement bathroom was a huge bonus. It was thoughtful to have a welcome bag with goodies and a few household essentials!! We didn’t know we would have them so we brought our own. The home was very lovely!!

Besides the spiral staircase which makes it super difficult to climb especially with suitcases and bags, everything else was perfect. the location was breathtaking and love all the amenities. Having to rent linens or bring your own is a bit rough but all in all way better than a hotel and we were all able to be together! Would recommend and stay here again
