This Airbnb matched its photos and description better than any I’ve stayed at before. The furniture is high quality, and it’s clear that the space was thoughtfully put together and that nothing felt cheap or thrown in. Very comfortable and well done.

The kitchen has tons of dishes and appliances and amenities, and everything was very clean.
Visited in November so did not explore the backyard and did not use the sun room, which looked lovely.
Very responsive and clear check-in instructions.
My only slight disappointment was the need to order linens and towels separately (I had not initially noticed the fine print on the listing). I found it complicated and expensive to figure out how to order.

The views from every window were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing time in the house that had every amenity.We would definitely come back!

Great little rental! Very clean and well taken care of. Good location in Sandwich and a nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again. Only recommendation would be to add clothing storage for long term stays - there were no dressers/closets, only a few hangers on a rod. Not a dealbreaker at all.

Stay was great, property has more available than prior reviews. The house provided everything but bed linens and towels, including soaps, shampoo, conditioner, cleaner, dishware, etc.

We had an excellent weekend stay and especially enjoyed being able to walk to Ridgevale beach. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. Looking forward to returning!

just as advertised; easy to access with great space and layout. Significant amount of 'extras' (games, activities, furnishing, etc) in the home. as close to just about anything you could want or need. I do despise "provide your own linens" rentals, but I knew that going in, so it's not unadvertised. PLENTY of room for 10 (probably room for quite a bit more if you wanted).

We enjoyed our stay here. Supermarket, and take-out runs are within half and hour. The property manager/staff are easy to reach and check-in reminders was days ahead and gave clear and consice instructions. The property is great, clean and nicely appointed.There beds could be better though which were older sqeaky spring mattresses. Otherwise the beach views and access is unbeatable.

Very pleasant and quiet for our stay in mid-October. Enjoy a wonderful sunrise over the water! Lots of fun activities available including bike rides on the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

Adorable cottage in a great location. A lot of space for our pup to run. Enjoyed the hammock and deck. Close to beach, shopping and several restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I, and family came to stay with us. The house was clean and well stocked on essentials like dish soap, paper goods….. beds were quite comfortable. Very prompt replies to any questions. We will be doing this again - thank you

Beach was nice to walk. The cottage was very clean. The bed was very firm. Places to eat nearby. Visiting Chatham was fun to shop and walk around. We did a driving tour of the lighthouses. It takes a long time to get from place to place, so a car is a definite.
