Love the location and only steps away from the beach. Clean and nice litter touches are added. Garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods and shampoos and soaps.

This was a great condo! We’ll stocked, plenty of room, and just the right amount of wine glasses 🍷😁. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching and listening to the ocean. The folks at Vacasa were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back!!

Sands Villa has more than we expected amenity wise. Playground, basketball and tennis courts, nice indoor and outdoor pools, super close beach access with a deep beach, elevators and luggage carts available, and close to the bridge and Fort Macon....

The stay was awesome, all necessities need. The 2 twin bed mattress were spring type and some weren't use to sleeping on that. But overall clean, roomy, loved pool and pier. Def will be back.
