Thank you to Michael, Susan and others. I'm sure I'm forgetting your names! We had trouble with WiFi and our TVs on arrival. These people worked tirelessly to fix our situation! It was hard for them working with an uncooperative HOA but they got the job done! Kudos! Susan even arranged for some freebies for our troubles. So nice dealing with real people in real time!
