It still has a beach cottage feel and while it's not super-updated (if you're looking for granite counters and high-end appliances, maybe not for you), I view this as a plus. Pool is small but highly functional, house was spotlessly clean and if what you care about are first row views and beach relaxation, Giant Jim's fits the bill. Easy walk to all the restaurants, as well. Listing is accurate and pix are a good representation. Also, I must say that Sea Star folks are great. Immediate responses to any questions, and always a real human being to text or talk to. 100% recommend Giant Jim's and Sea Star.

The beds were comfortable and all of the tv’s had roku’s to allow us to log into our streaming services to keep the kids happy. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. The oven broke while we were there and the property management team were quick to respond and attempt to fix the issue. We did pay extra for the “hot tub” and that would be the only thing we would pass on in the future. The jets did not push out any addional pressure.

One Particular Harbour is a 5-star vacation house with plenty of space to relax. With the size and floorplan, you had plenty of room to be alone if you wanted as well. It was very clean and updated with a great location for us and the view we all enjoyed of the inlet was outstanding. We like a little seclusion on our trips and Murrells Inlet through the gate is perfect. Plenty of space between the houses on either side was a plus. This is our 8th trip staying on the tip as we call it, and we will be coming back again for our annual trip next year. This house probably ranks #1 with the family from the other six we have stayed at in that area and we are all very satisfied and would rent it again if available for sure. Thank you, Sea-Star, for an easy book and stay with a good price and great location.

The house was perfect for our family with a bathroom for every bedroom. Bathrooms were newer and clean. House had excellent access to the beach and two porches facing the ocean. The gliders on the bottom deck were very comfortable and relaxing. Had 2 refrigerators which helped with breakfast and lunch foods and drinks. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone.

My family stayed in Out of the Blue II. It was absolutely beautiful! The amenities were wonderful and it was a stone throw away from the beach! I will definitely be going back! We took lots of family pictures but did not take pictures of just the house/view itself. I will say, the pictures do not do it justice. I would highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home! This was our 4th year renting this beach house. The short walk to the beach, pool at the house, cleanliness of the house are just some of the advantages of renting this house.
