beautiful condo, short walk across the street to the beach. The neighborhood felt safe and not over crowded. We loved the pool being surrounded by just our little cluster of neighbors and even though there were kids in almost all the units we barely heard a thing!! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our 7 night stay in this home. It was spacious enough for our family. The Sea Star group was responsive when we brought several concerns to their attention over the course of our stay. It was a good trip and we plan to return.

Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas for our multi generational family of 14. Very short walk to beach. We felt safe having teens and younger kids walk to and from beach. Private swimming pool and pool chairs were very nice.House was clean with plenty of towels and linens. Rental representative was quick to respond to texts. Plenty of covered deck areas for outside sitting. Would enjoy a return trip.

Awesome view, beautiful home!

Dolphins Retreat is an amazing beach house filled with all amenities that a family needs for a beach vacation. The house is gorgeous accommodates you thought of everything to make the stay worthwhile. Our family was pleased with the house.

Great place, great location. We had plenty of room for our family of 11. The extra beach gear and elevator to get groceries up to the kitchen were great. Never had any issues but Sea Star was always available if needed.

We loved the double fridge and double dishwasher and that there was enough space for everyone to sit at the dining area. The screened in porch was also great because it kept the kids contained and allowed us to be outside in the evening without worrying about bugs. The best thing, however, was the pool was under the house, providing shade all day long for seven kids six and under to swim, without having to bake in the sun. The beach is literally steps away, which allowed us to come and go as we pleased and allowed each family to operate on their own schedule. We also love that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the beach attractions, providing a calm vacation spot that was still great amenities.

The kitchen is fully stocked at the owner's do their best to have most everything you need to enjoy your stay. They do however, need to replace the table by the pool. It is completely rusted out and needs to be replaced. Possibly they are just not aware it is in bad shape because they have very nice porch furniture. I will have to say the cleaning staff needs to do a little better job with cleaning the floors.

I was worried the road would be too busy to cross from the second row to the beach with little ones but it was not AND almost everyone stopped for the crosswalk. The house had plenty of dishes, two crock pots, two coffee pots and more than enough utensils and cooking gear. What was missing was a handheld lemon/lime press and a Keurig. A second refrigerator would have been helpful to keep drinks cool and for extra freezer space. The bunks (4) share a Jack & Jill bathroom with one of the rooms with a queen bed. Perfect or young families.The house was clean, the pool was warm (no heat needed in July) and the little ocean town was perfect for a low-key family beach vacation. Not much within walking distance BUT everything along the main roads. Highly recommend this property for an extended family.

They even have an outside accommodations for each person staying there who uses the pool to wash themselves off or if they need to go to bathroom they can do that without coming back into the main house. Each room is different beach scene making our stay very calming. I’m definitely letting friends and family know about this treasure of a beautiful vacation house near the ocean yet each guess felt like their own private space. We will come back soon.
