TOP-NOTCH Customer service. You can't beat Sea Star Realty when it comes to renting in the Pawley's Island area!! We experienced friendly, attentive and first class, experienced staff at Sea Star. I would highly recommend them for all your rentals. If I am ever lucky enough to own a home in the area, I will most definitely use Dawn as my agent. Homeowners should know that their properties are well taken care of! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic location, beautiful home that accomodates large families... layout of the home was fantastic.. from the living room step right out to a large deck with pool and fantastic views of the beach... steps to the beach on private walkway... each bedroom had it's own bathroom with shower and a tub. One of the bedrooms had a sunk in jacuzzi tub which was great to relax in after many adventures that we shared as a family. The kitchen was fully stocked from silerware to plates to pots and pans.. oh yes.. and coffee pots! I would recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for that perfect getaway!

We rented Washed Ashore at the end of April 2016. The photos on the website do not even do this magnificent house justice!! The house has beautiful wood floors throughout which was ideal for a beach vacation with children. The artwork through the entire house was beautiful. Everything was perfectly maintained and in pristine condition. We thank you so very much for making our stay memorable and wonderful for our family.

My family of 10 stayed at Washed Ashore just last week. We have stayed in the Surfside Beach area many times and this has been our favorite location. It is a beautiful house and in great condition. Everything looked freshly painted, the furniture and bedding was all almost brand new, and we loved that the main floor porch was enclosed and allowed direct access to the pool and the ocean. Sea Star Realty was great to work with. It was so nice to have all of the beds already made and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We would love to stay here again!!

This was the best house that we have ever stayed at!! It was beyond perfect! Beautiful & very very high-end! Anything you could possibly want for your vacation!!!!

Found house by the beach on-line late in the season and was pleasantly surprised to be given a 20% discount on what turned out to be a very nice home. Opted for linen package and glad we did. Plenty of towels, clean bed sheets. On occasions we contacted Seastar, either by phone or e-mail, response was quick and always accommodating. Keyless entry to home was great. Note that nothing required attention during our stay except wi-fi which we fixed ourselves. I would also ask if the home you're renting is for sale, because they have the right to show homes to prospective buyers during your stay (this is true of all realtors).

Beautiful spacious home with amazing sunrise views. All 10 people in our group were thrilled with the accommodations. Only home I noticed along the beach that had a walkway extended all the way to the beach (no wading through dunes or loose sand)

We came last week to this beautiful home and had such an amazing time! It was clean, spacious and just perfect!!

A Vista Del Mar provided the perfect location for my proposal to my now fiancé. This gorgeous house, and location on the beach couldn't have been much better. With eight guests in total at the house, we all stayed comfortably. Charity, with Sea Star Realty, was on top of everything, she always kept me up to date in order for this trip to be perfect for my occasion. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach, shopping trips in Myrtle Beach, a game of golf for the guys, and family board games at night, A Vista Del Mar really provided everything we wanted. The parking underneath the house provided plenty of space to fit all three cars, and let’s not forget, all beds come with gorgeous memory foam mattresses. These were so good that three of our relatives mentioned it was the best sleep they had in the last 3 years, and are now going to purchase one just like it. I will say it again, A Vista Del Mar is such a treat and will forever be a wonderful memory for my fiancé and I. We will definitely be in contact for another trip. Thank you so much.

Our family of six adult and four kids under 5 years old stayed a week. We had a great time. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely sized. There were pool and beach toys for the kids and adults. The ocean is a short 1 blocks away. I was impressed with the property and would stay again.

Our Family has stayed here for the past two summers. The house is beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The owners are very easy to work with and prompt. My grown children love this house and location. We would recommend this home to anyone. You won't be disappointed. The pictures do not do it justice! I'm sure we will return to Sea Shells and Cocktails!

Our family of 11 stayed the entire week, and had an awesome time. There is plenty of things to do with out ever having to leave. It is close to everything and that is exactly what we like. We have stayed in this same house several times and love it. We will be back again next year as well.

The photos don't do this house justice! It is nicely decorated with lots of natural lighting. Fully stocked with everything we needed for the week, plus many pool and beach games. The house and pool area were kept very clean and all furniture was in good shape. We had 15 people and everyone had plenty of room to stay. Would love to come back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was wonderful. Very well equipped and lots of room. Just a short walk to the beach and having a private pool was priceless! Sorry for the delay in writing a review. Our visit was September 2013.

We rented this property with ten friends from our hometown in North Carolina. I can't say enough great things about seashells and cocktails but will hit the highlight! The house is so large that we never felt like a crowd. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped. My husband loves to go to the local seafood market and cook for a crowd! This kitchen made that easy! The beach is a short walk from the home. Pour a cup of coffee and walk to the beach! Many homes in this area need a golf cart to get all of our stuff and kids to the beach. Not this house! Last but not least we had a ball in the pool. All of the adults played water volleyball for hours in the sun. We can't wait to come back next year!

This is our 5th time at Seashells & Cocktails, and we fall in love with the place every time we come back. The house is great for large families or for groups of friends. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and literally steps from the beach. It's just a short stroll to the Garden City Pier, restaurants and shops. The pool is great and offers a place for the kids to play while the adults cook and enjoy the end of another perfect day on the SC coast. We will definitely be back.

Our family has stayed here about six times now , and I must say it is the best place we have been. Our kids were teenagers when we started coming now they are older and our family is growing. It is a place for everyone no matter what you want to do ! I've even been down for a long weekend with the guys and the Harley's . Already have it booked for 2015 , and we can't wait .

Can't say enough good things! The owners are super easy to work with, the house size is perfect for our family, kids room is great, nice pool, easy walk to beach, wi-fi that works great, fully stocked kitchen and it's clean and affordable! This is our fourth year renting this house and we will be back again next year!
