We stayed in this house for a family vacation and it was perfect!!! Very clean and so nice to be able to have a pool to return home too!!! Thank you for allowing pets!!!! I don’t leave home without my dog!!! Highly recommended!!! Looking forward to our return visit!!

The Big Chill was a fantastic rental for our family group of 17. With just steps to the beach, an outdoor shower for rinsing, to a private pool, our family was more than satisfied. Six of the seven bedrooms had private bathrooms; 7th was on main floor with that bathroom accessible to all. Rental was clean with good kitchen with eat in bar and plenty of dishes. The dryer stopped working but maintenance quickly resolved the issue. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

House - Pool - Beach - Ocean - were all Amazing. The only strange thing was, the receptacle to plug in the golf cart, was on the car port ceiling in a out of the way place. Very hard to access without a ladder. So we were unable to charge our golf cart.

Nice house, needed some new items. Like new sofa bed. One bed broken and in need of new mattress. Shower heads in 2nathrooms need replaced. Rooms that shared bathroom had only one towel rack. Needed more. Also a bigger refrigerator for 18 people.

We had a fantastic vacation at this property. There were 6 adults and 3 children(4,2 and 1). Plenty of room and the house was beautiful. Everyone fully enjoyed the pool, as well as the ocean which was a short distance from the property. We rented a six seat golf cart and used it many times each day. Great property and I would highly recommend.

We had a great time at this house!! Greg was so helpful and friendly from the beginning and made the process very easy. The house was bigger than the pictures and very clean. It was our first time in Garden City and we ended up loved the area. Lots of bars and amazing restaurants to pick from (especially at the Marsh Walk!) The walk to the beach from the house was nice and short so people in our group were able to come and go to the beach as they wanted. Although it’s connected to another house we barely knew the guests next door were even there unless we were all outside so don’t worry about that. Overall it was a perfect vacation and we would love to go back!!

The house is very spacious and clean. It's is in a great location near all of our favorite activities. We are looking forward to our next visit! Dean and Stacee

Wonderful house- large enough for our group of 17! Each bedroom had the feeling of a private luxury hotel room! House was well appointed- beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Short walk to the Garden City pier! The pool/ spa was perfect for a cool off in the afternoon. It was very warm during our visit - and the dual air conditioning worked great, keeping the house cool. A few maintenance problems that were quickly addressed. All in all, a perfect house for our family get together!!!

We absolutely loved Dempsey cottage! You can’t beat the location and the views are incredible. This house has everything you need with five bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The living space is big enough so everyone can eat together and hang out together. We had 10 of us staying here and there was plenty of space. We hated to leave and would definitely recommend to everyone!

My 6 brothers and I enjoyed our stay at WEEBEE DOWN. The accommodations were great with ample room for us to lounge around or relax on the front porch in a BIG comfortable rocker.

The house was perfect for our family. Linens and towels provided were a huge blessing. Good number of extra blankets (one could be replaced due to condition of it). Service for repairs was prompt and very courteous. Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of flatware, coffee mugs!, glasses, dishes, and cookware. Appreciated the variety of storage containers available for leftovers as we cooked most of our meals. We loved all this house has to offer!

Great communication. Everything was as described or better. Great adminities. Close to the beach and to our favorite restaurants. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This house suit our needs just perfect. We felt so comfortable, both kids and adults. Amazing location walking distance from the beach.

I stayed at Southern Breeze, Surfside Beach in SC. This property is managed by SSR. They have done a great job by making sure everything was just perfect to make our stay joyfull and run as smooth as possible.

My wife and I brought our daughter (4) and son (2) for a week stay. Also joined by my mother-in-law. Well maintained home and everything worked like it should, including internet/cable/appliances. Plenty of kitchenware and bathroom towels for a large group. Just an outstanding location, steps onto the beach so don't have to pack a car and make every beach visit a logistical nightmare with the kids. They loved it! You'll never get tired of the Atlantic Ocean in your backyard. Plenty of room in the house for everyone, including bathroom space. Roomy kitchen which we used a lot. I recommend renting bikes from Woody's and taking family down to Surfside pier for dining...or an adult night out! Felt close to everything, including Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, and Market Commons for off-beach entertainment. Having a private pool was also great with our kids as ocean is a little rough and cool for them in late April. Seaside management company was also very helpful and responsive if / when we had questions while onsite. I would come back to this house and have recommended to friends and family. Made some great memories with our young family!

The house was fantastic, was easy fit for 16 people and the house on the beach is great. The outdoor areas are fantastic!
