This was our first time renting from Sea Star Realty. They were great. Quick to respond to our requests and very friendly staff. Really liked having the linen package included in our rental. We will definitely rent from them again.

Great location. Very clean. We had a lot of fun and made some great memories. Only negative was our dishwasher did not work and did not get repaired during our stay.

Stress relief was a perfect house for us . It was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed.

We stayed at Kodak Moments from July 13th-July 20th, 2019. The home was beautiful, clean, the pool was amazing. The outdoor area provided some good family time together. I would definitely stay here again. We were very happy with everything. The bedrooms were spacious and perfect for our family. Stay at Kodak Moments - you won't be disappointed!

We had a great stay with Sea Star Realty!! Our house was beautiful and close to the beach and everything else!! Will definitely recommend using their rentals, they made it easy with their app to have all the information right there!!

The Hospitality App that we were assigned a link to made communication awesome. I love that there was no realty office to stand in line at because of the lockbox code sent to me via the app. The beds made & the basic necessities in place so that i could immediately get to the beach and put off the grocery shopping until the following morning. My family thoroughly enjoyed the large oceanfront deck with a large covered dining space. Many meals, conversations, some work memos, and games in them at spot. It made me feel as if I were still at the beach while getting some work done. The kitchen was well-equipped for big breakfasts and an occasional meal. All of the beds were comfortable with newer mattresses. Great location. We’re were afforded plenty of beach space without feeling crowded. Such a beautiful week in a lovely home making sweet memories with my family and friends.

All was good until the day we had to leave. Didn’t have to check out till 10 and cleaning crew showed up at 7:30 while we were still sleeping. Ran out and left the door open. Then showed up at 9:30 and waited in the driveway. Annoying is an understatement.

My family had a great stay at Sweet Tee. There were 20 of us in the house and we were not crowded at all. Short walk to beach, pool was great!!!! Plenty of linens and towels were left for us. We had the best vacation ever!!!

Sea Star Realty is fantastic and I will definitely be looking to them for our future vacations! Our house was extremely clean, linens were good quality and plentiful, also the pool was kept very clean during our stay. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

We loved this Sea Star Realty rental. The linens were wonderful and so nice to be ready for us upon arrival. The starter consumables ( soaps, paper towels, sponge) were very nice and special. We did not have any issues with our house at all for the week. We will definitely use this company again. Thanks!!

The location of the house was absolutely perfect. We loved it. The house itself was also great, we especially loved the rooftop deck to watch the sunset and fireworks. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place and excellent Realty Company. Had an issue with railings and they were over less than 30 mins to fix issue. Can't say the same would happen with another Realty company down there we used last year.

Oh my goodness, what an amazing week we had. The house was beautiful. It was perfect for us with plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything we would ever need to use. The house was beautifully decorated. We loved it. We look forward to booking with Sea Star again for next year, just a bigger house this time because everyone wants to come back and more want to join us next year.

Our dishwasher did not really work- soap laid in bottom of washer, dishes not clean. Property should have a GRILL! Otherwise, beautiful house and fun vacay. Pretty quiet inside, considering that we were right next to public access. Huge construction tubes put on beach blocking the house walkway. Good thing it was on Friday and we left Saturday morning. Would not have been happy if it was like that all week.
