Perfect for our short trip to move our daughter into college

This home has the ideal location and layout. The pool is terrific and the elevator really helps. We rented at the last minute. The patio and outside areas were not cleaned. Cups, cans and trash left around. Inside was clean. One of the ovens did not work. This home was first rate when it was built. Needs some TLC to bring it back. But with the location and layout for two families we would rent again. Also it was not overpriced.

A few minor property issues upon arrival however when reported, Sea Star was very responsive to resolve (A/C) The upstairs unit did not cool. The location was ideal wth easy access to restaurants, Grocers, etc. I would recommend this property to others. Sea Star provided exceptional communcations and customer service.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at La Perla Blanca! The house is beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The hot tub and pool were fabulous and very short walk to the beach!! We will stay here again!

Great house --

The property was beautiful and clean. The realty company was very responsive. We not given key faubs to enter the buildind and pool. We had to use the links on our phone. Having a key faub would have been easier. We stayed in other properties in One Ocean Place and were given key fauns.

Secluded yet within walking distance to the beach. A short drive to get to many restaurants. Very clean property. The photos don’t do it justice. They really thought of everything when stocking the kitchen. The pool was clean & larger than expected. Plenty of parking. Outdoor shower was great for rinsing off everything when we got back from the beach. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great place! Thank you for accommodating us quickly when we needed to move rentals! Everything was very clean! Lots of room for all 14 of us. Loved the pool and volleyball court. Could use a grill and beach chairs.

Typically I wont book without being able to see how others felt about the place. I went ahead to book and the house was exactly as the pics show. The rooms were large and the house was clean....the location was perfect! We had a terminally ill teenager so location was key for us. I do wish they would offer for the pool to be heated in the summer as the pool was really cold and our teen couldn't really get in it much which was disappointing. I was willing to pay whatever so that we could all enjoy it with him but was told it wasn't an option. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.
