Easy to rent with a lot of communication. Could have used more toilet paper and paper towels, we had to go buy some.

We LOVED our stay here and would definitely considering renting again. Greg was wonderful to work with, the location is perfect, and it has so much space for our large family.

If you want the perfect beach location this is it, lovely apartment looking out to the beach. Pool was lovely even though a little chilly, kids still swam.
Nice walk to a good selection of restaurants, first time is SC and would definitely come back. Nothing negative to say, only thing being British would have liked a kettle!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location close to the beach. All 5 bedrooms had their own bathrooms and no carpeting except for the stairs. The pool is nice and was cleaned 3 times while we were there. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with a blender, coffee pot (regular and Keurig), hand mixer, utensils, and dishes, just to name a few. We had a few minor issues that we called about that were responded to very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant and super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for Spring break 2022! Love the house, the beach and deck with walkway to the beach, the morning sunrise on the balcony with coffee. Very much enjoyed our stay to celebrate my 50th birthday! Although my pregnant daughter(whom was told by her nurses back home it was okay for her to go) had her 2nd baby in a Georgetown Hospital! Baby was transfered to Charleston cause he was early. It was still all worth it. Would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay. The property is just as described and even closer to the beach than it looks in the pictures. The view from the living room and upstairs master is breathtaking. I watched the sunrise right from my bed each morning. We watched dolphins from the deck. The area is very welcoming and family friendly.

Hope Cottage is a spacious house. The location is fantastic! The check in and out was easy. The house had the accessories needed to make meals. It is close enough to attractions and far enough you are not fighting heavy traffic all the time. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

Beach Haven (formerly Sippin Seaside) is a beautifully designed & appointed family-friendly vacation home with classic beach decor, serene views, quiet surroundings, and easy beach access. Perfect for a reunion with family & friends - plenty of space for everyone and loved having individual bathrooms / showers. We loved our time here & would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

I really liked the floor plan. It was layed out and decorated beautiful. However, it wasn't very clean. The floor hadn't been swept it the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. There was sand in 2 of the tubs and dead ants along the walls. Our family had a great time, the weather was beautiful but the house was dirty.

Wonderful location with amazing location! You can enjoy waking up to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the huge back deck! Very clean with endless kitchen utensils, pots, pans and glasses. Grocery store, breakfast books, bars (Neil and Pams has awesome burgers with legendary onion rings) all a few blocks away.
