We had a group of 10 and never felt crowded. It was the perfect location, loved having the shower to rinse off and hop right into the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the ac worked great!!!!

We had a great week! The location was great, we very much enjoyed the house, yard and pool. Definitely hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Karma’s a Beach! The house was perfect for our needs with two families. Kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house has everything for you besides your groceries and linens.

Our family of six stayed in this condo the week of July 16-July 23. The location was great, situated between the center of Surfside Beach and Garden City, you are less than 15 minutes to local restaurants, parasailing, arcade, etc.. The property is also less than a block from 10 Avenue South, which provides direct access to Highway 17, the primary road in the area. The condo is oceanfront and is situated so that it allows for long views down the beach and a very short walk from the stairs/elevator to the actual beach itself. The room sizes are nice and we found the layout to work well for our family. The check in process was very smooth and we found the everything to be tidy and as expected. The only challenge we had was parking, you are provided one space in the parking lot out front and one under the building. I suggest taking only one vehicle, or at least be sure one of them is smaller. It can be a tight fit getting a larger vehicle in the covered space. With that being said, this was a minor point when considering all the pluses for this property. We would definitely stay here again and suggest you consider it.

We loved this property. It is as pictured. Great beach access. Close to many wonderful things to do. And many restaurants very close. We had a family vacation of 9 adults and 4 toddlers. Everyone loved it. Great pool out the back. Kids and adults all loved it. Very pleased it was everything stated and photos. We will definitely stay here again. We will most likely make this a yearly location. Can’t say enough about A Sandy Situation!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Blessings. The home is in a great location, close to beach access, a short walk to the Surfside City pier ,restaurants and shops. The home is updated and well maintained with TV’s in every bedroom, an open floor plan with large dinning table for our extended family of 7 adults and 2 children. The pool was a great escape after a long day at the beach. The home, pool and property are well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, glassware, silverware, coffee maker and bakeware, allowing us to prepare great meals at home for the entire family. The only suggestion we have to improve the internet connectivity to upstairs. We had a few family members needing to connect to work and coverage was spotty upstairs. Not a big deal since this is a vacation home! Again a great family experience staying at Palmetto Blessing and a pleasure to work with SeaStar Reality from booking reservation to checkout.

This property had everything we wanted for our family vacation. Close to the beach, pool to cool off, and responsive property team. There was plenty of room, enough beds and bathrooms and even exercise equipment! Everything was clean and inviting. The large kitchen tables were great for family meals! Enjoyed the connection for rental gear for the beach!

We liked the condo! The location, and that it was a small complex was great!! The only things we didn’t like was the couch was very hard, master bedroom furniture was not clean at all! It was sticky!! The dryer wire lint trap was messed up and it picked our clothes! We couldn’t get a golf cart, and the pool light shined in our bedroom all night!! With all that being said we did have a great time despite the others and we would rent it again! Thanks

We couldn’t have had a better experience. From the time we contacted Seastar Realty until the day we left, it was ALL perfect! I talked with Taylor on the phone and via email. I believe she got a vibe about just what we were looking for and she nailed it! We only had 1 minor issue and it’s because we blew the circuit with too much plugged in as we cooked one night. We called the next morning and the maintenance guy was there in a flash! We are already looking for our house for next year! My girls said it best, “Best week ever!”!
