Can’t beat the walk to the beach. The deck pool was great for young kids. The rented equipment was delivered as promised. I contacted the company via email via the app they ask you to download regarding some cleaning/maintenance suggestions for future and no one even wrote back. On they note they leave, they ask you to call for immediate requests. Place could use some general maintenance/upkeep (squealing pipes at 5am every morning, stained couches and dirty walls) and a deep cleaning for years of accumulated dirt. Overall the place is renovated and nice. The pool was never cleaned during our stay, likely because it’s not accessible from the outside and was dingy by the end of the trip after it rained. Overall we were happy with our stay.

We loved our stay at this beach house! It was beautiful, and very conveniently close to the beach. We have a very large family and the house accommodated all of us. There were a couple of places in the house that were not entirely clean when we arrived, (one set of sheets in one of the rooms wasn't clean, and under one of the beds in another room had trash and chewed up granola bars underneath it), but that was the only issue we had, and it was minor. We were very grateful to be able to stay here.

This was the first time all 14 of us were together at the beach. The house was perfect for 8 children and 6 adults. Being on the beach made easy access to whenever we wanted to surf or walk the beach. Lots of sitting area for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking whatever we needed. Beds were comfortable as well. Perfect beach house!

We had a total of 10 people and we all enjoyed the house. The beach is great and just a few steps from the back deck. Only issue we had was that only one room had two beds but and we wished that we had two rooms with two beds.

This is a great property. It is very close to beach access, has a small private pool, and comfortably accommodated several families. My one complaint is the failure of the rental management company to timely resolve a small issue involving an outside electrical outlet needed to charge our golf cart. Calls were made over the course of several days with assurances that someone was being sent to repair. Three days after the initial call, the problem was resolved.

Renting this property was a superb experience!

We had a group of 10 and never felt crowded. It was the perfect location, loved having the shower to rinse off and hop right into the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the ac worked great!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Karma’s a Beach! The house was perfect for our needs with two families. Kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house has everything for you besides your groceries and linens.

Our family of six stayed in this condo the week of July 16-July 23. The location was great, situated between the center of Surfside Beach and Garden City, you are less than 15 minutes to local restaurants, parasailing, arcade, etc.. The property is also less than a block from 10 Avenue South, which provides direct access to Highway 17, the primary road in the area. The condo is oceanfront and is situated so that it allows for long views down the beach and a very short walk from the stairs/elevator to the actual beach itself. The room sizes are nice and we found the layout to work well for our family. The check in process was very smooth and we found the everything to be tidy and as expected. The only challenge we had was parking, you are provided one space in the parking lot out front and one under the building. I suggest taking only one vehicle, or at least be sure one of them is smaller. It can be a tight fit getting a larger vehicle in the covered space. With that being said, this was a minor point when considering all the pluses for this property. We would definitely stay here again and suggest you consider it.
