The home worked perfectly for our group of 9. Sea Star realty was outstanding to do business with and responded to all requests promptly.

Very nice place. Clean, beautifully decorated. Nice furniture. Cable TV. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms had ample space. Ceiling fans in every room. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The primary bathroom upstairs needs a shower caddy to hold all your toiletries in the shower so you don’t have to place them on the floor but that is THE only thing I can complain about. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Linens were provided. It is pet friendly which is a must! But super clean. There is ocean views from both balconies. The beach access is literally right across the street. And even though it was busy and lots of people on the beach it never felt cramped or crowded. Even with the tide in there is still plenty of beach. The pool is tiny but we go to the beach for the beach. Not the pool. The kids still enjoyed it. There are several restaurants within a mile from the unit. And a Food Lion very close by. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10. And Sea Star Realty was very easy to work with. No complaints! We had the best week!

We stayed at "Awesome Views" in Garden City Beach. We loved the house! It was well equipped with everything needed for our week long stay. Each bedroom was clean and spacious, with a private bathroom and balcony/deck access. The large kitchen and open living area was perfect for our large family. There was even an elevator which made bringing in coolers and groceries a breeze. The backyard had a private pool, bar, fire pit, and cornhole boards with plenty of lounge chairs. It was fenced in as well which was perfect for our two little dogs. The beach access was directly across the street so very easy and convenient. There were small shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. within walking distance. There was an issue with the television remote controls - only a few of them actually worked. We called and they dropped off batteries but dead batteries wasn't the problem. The remotes were not compatible to the TVs in the rooms. It was odd. We also had a maintenance man show up unannounced to change filters in the A/C units which was odd. You'd think they would do that upon check-out. All in all it was a nice place to stay. We will definitely be back and would stay at Awesome Views again.

We really enjoyed staying at Karma is a Beach. The host was very kind and replied quickly when we reached out. House was clean, well equipped and was an easy walk to the beach.

Our stay at Shorely Blessed was great. Home is spacious, clean,well equipped and everything was ready for us as promised. Short walk to the beach. Would stay there again .

Good experience with Sea Star from booking, arrival and the stay. Very easy process. The property was just as described.

Loved the House and the Location and Pool.....Centrally located and close to everything that we wanted....

The unit was incredible! We can’t say enough about it!! It has been beautifully updated and had everything we needed. We especially loved the ease of checking in and out. Sea Star’s app and keyless entry made it so easy!! We also had another unit we rented for the same week thru Dunes Realty - absolutely no comparison to our experience with Sea Star Realty! See you next year!

One of the best vacation houses in Surfside Beach! Less than a 500’ walk to beach! Amazing private pool. House has an elevator for east access to upper floors. Very comfy. Beds were great. We Absolutely loved our stay and looking forward to hopefully being able to rent again!! Thanks!!

Great house. Kitchen was fantastic and lacked for nothing. We had all the dishes, pots and pans we could ever need. Lots of utensils on hand! Pool was a great option. After beaching every morning we spent the afternoon in the pool. The beds were all very comfortable according to me and all my kids (30 some-things now). Plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kids were able to watch some TV in their rooms which was a nice break for all of us. We used the washer and dryer pretty much every day. Also a very nice to have. Overall, a great house and a great vacation!

Close to beach,pickle ball courts,riding bikes,it made it easy to find things to do.The property was well maintained kitchen was very well stocked.We would consider this rental for a future vacation
