5 stars is definitely not enough! We come every summer for 2 weeks to the Myrtle beach Area and for the past 3 years we have switched to booking with Sea Star Realty. All 3 of the houses that I booked with them has been absolutely AH-MAZING! They have so many properties to choose from. The customer services is and A+++ 10/10 super helpful and beyond pleasant to talk too! Booking is such a breeze and they are so quick to take care of any needs you may have while you are staying with them. All we have to do is just show up and relax for the 2 weeks. Sea Realty really knows how to make your vacation wonderful!

Sea star realty has been great to work with over the past three years. They are easy to do business with and the property has been in great shape. We stayed at the Ohana Oasis and the place was great. Two easy accesses to the beach within a 5 minute walk. The pool was amazing

Beach Haven was a wonderful house for my large family! The house has beautiful views of the ocean! North Litchfield is our favorite place. My grans enjoyed the pool. Our only concern was the outside shower. Thank you! Cant wait to rent it again next year.

The house does not have a powder room so to use a bathroom we had to go to our rooms which was a little inconvenient. We had guests come for the day and it would have been nice to have a separate bathroom. The house comes with one garbage bag for the kitchen so make sure you bring your own. Also, the house only had two dish towels. When we arrived, the backyard was not clean. On Day 3 of our stay after a few phone calls and e-mails, the pool was cleaned and the debris was cleaned up from the prior guests. Overall we had a good experience and our needs were addressed.

We allowed our daughter who recently graduated to bring a couple friends and there was plenty of room in this house. We really enjoyed watching movies by the pool with the outdoor entertainment area. We had a maintenance issue and the Sea Star staff were very accommodating and quick to respond. We really recommend this home for any family needing a beach getaway!

The neighborhood is quiet at night and lots of friendly folks around during the day. The pool is perfect and always clean. We love the porch swing and furniture where many fun conversations take place. Lots of room at the table when cooking a family meal. The kitchen has everything we need. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The house is always clean. Could use a small garbage can in the second floor master and the laundry room. We love this space, the access to the beach and the pool are both fantastic.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location! Adequate for 10 people (who really like each other). The overall condition was good. However, property is in need of a deep cleaning, including furniture. Dining Table was so sticky and dirty we couldn’t even get it clean. Floors were extremely dirty. If you wiped up a spill your cloth showed the floors are very dirty. Had an ant problem. Would consider staying there again, however, would be praying that it was better cleaned. If it wasn’t, would never rent again. In addition to a deep cleaning, we found used towels left in a bathroom and trash in the pool area. It would have been nice to know when to expect the pool and other maintenance people were coming. While we were there, we had someone come to change a battery for the locks, another person come and change the filters for the HVAC system, and the pool people came twice, just would have been nice to know when to expect them - this was not a show stopper. This review sounds a little negative, but it’s nothing that a very good deep cleaning couldn’t fix. I would recommend to others, but would advise them of the lack property cleanliness.
