Lost our vacation due to the hurricane which is not anyone's fault of course. Staff kept us updated and took care of the refund. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Our family was just at surf dog a few weeks ago ..It was the perfect house for our big family love the location the house was everything we could have wanted .Our grandkids loved it !We have always been pleased with all our houses from Sea Star but this house was our best ever !We will rent it again !Thanks for an amazing vacation !!

We loved our two weeks. The house is very nice and with many upgrades from our last stay 2 years ago. We especially loved the high rockers on the deck. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is ideal and the beach is wonderful. Our only complaint was the downstairs bedroom was very warm. We had a minor issue with a water leak but was addressed and repaired quickly. We hope to return in 2 years.

Very nice place. Clean, beautifully decorated. Nice furniture. Cable TV. Fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms had ample space. Ceiling fans in every room. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The primary bathroom upstairs needs a shower caddy to hold all your toiletries in the shower so you don’t have to place them on the floor but that is THE only thing I can complain about. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Linens were provided. It is pet friendly which is a must! But super clean. There is ocean views from both balconies. The beach access is literally right across the street. And even though it was busy and lots of people on the beach it never felt cramped or crowded. Even with the tide in there is still plenty of beach. The pool is tiny but we go to the beach for the beach. Not the pool. The kids still enjoyed it. There are several restaurants within a mile from the unit. And a Food Lion very close by. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10. And Sea Star Realty was very easy to work with. No complaints! We had the best week!

We are repeat Sea Star customers. Having rented from most of the rental companies in the area, we found Sea Star to have a higher bar for properties and service. Upon arrival to our rental, it appeared the a/c was not working properly. They immediately sent service to fix the issue. When storms created a mess in the pool, they came to clean it before we could call requesting a cleaning.

The unit was incredible! We can’t say enough about it!! It has been beautifully updated and had everything we needed. We especially loved the ease of checking in and out. Sea Star’s app and keyless entry made it so easy!! We also had another unit we rented for the same week thru Dunes Realty - absolutely no comparison to our experience with Sea Star Realty! See you next year!

The booking process is easy and everyone is great. Homes are thoroughly clean and the gift bags are a nice touch. Surfside beach is always great to visit! I’ve stayed with competitors and nothing compares to this company and their standards.

Sea Something Beautiful is an outstanding property. Perfect location steps from the beach. Accommodations were top notch and can’t wait to come again.

A beautiful home with an amazing view! The building was easy to find and the parking structure was clean and well-maintained. There were bellhop carts and elevators to make move-in easier. Check-in was incredibly easy and the host quickly answered all of our questions via their hospitality app and text messages. The condo had beautifully decorated bedrooms with clean linens. The kitchen was spacious and had all of the necessary amenities. The main feature was floor to ceiling windows and porch that allowed breathtaking views of the ocean. Access to the pool, hot tub, and beach were easily accessible by code and private gate. While the building is ocean front, it was extremely easy to get to the main highway with restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, and gas stations. The condo is only a 20 minute drive to the airport and 25 minutes to Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Everything was super convenient. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to visit again!

We stayed at "Awesome Views" in Garden City Beach. We loved the house! It was well equipped with everything needed for our week long stay. Each bedroom was clean and spacious, with a private bathroom and balcony/deck access. The large kitchen and open living area was perfect for our large family. There was even an elevator which made bringing in coolers and groceries a breeze. The backyard had a private pool, bar, fire pit, and cornhole boards with plenty of lounge chairs. It was fenced in as well which was perfect for our two little dogs. The beach access was directly across the street so very easy and convenient. There were small shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. within walking distance. There was an issue with the television remote controls - only a few of them actually worked. We called and they dropped off batteries but dead batteries wasn't the problem. The remotes were not compatible to the TVs in the rooms. It was odd. We also had a maintenance man show up unannounced to change filters in the A/C units which was odd. You'd think they would do that upon check-out. All in all it was a nice place to stay. We will definitely be back and would stay at Awesome Views again.
