This is such a gem of a property. The amenities are 5 star, the neighborhood is relaxing, the beach is walking distance, and the pool is like an oasis. Sea Star Realty was so helpful and accommodating during the entire process. I could not recommend a rental more. Thank you so much for everything.

Seastar properties really delivers with this house. The 2nd floor pool was perfect for our young kids and of course stepping off the back deck directly into the beach was unbelievable. The waves are a built in white noise machine for sleep. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The area is perfect. Family activities are literally in every direction when you leave the house. I will be booking this place again for our late summer stay. Highly recommend Boss Beach!

Carolina Girl is a beautiful, brand new vacation home. We loved staying in this beautiful home! Everything is new and crisp and feels like luxury. The furniture is comfortable, and they provide everything you need in the kitchen! The bathrooms are perfect and luxurious, including a bidet on every toilet! And the pool area is fun and spacious. The closets are huge!! There is plenty of room for a large family to very comfortably vacation in this home. Five stars for sure!

Our Condo B at 1020 South Ocean Blvd., Surfside Beach was beautiful, only wish we could have stayed longer. The furniture and decorations were top notch and the unit was super clean and well supplied. There was a pool but it didnât look inviting (maybe too early in the season) and we didnât need to use it.

Tis Grace was a perfect venue for our family reunion and we could not have found a better location. You cannot beat the 5 bedrooms and each having its own bathroom - that was nice! We had enough sitting area for our families when we cooked dinners and more than enough parking for everyone. The pool was well appreciated by the kids and the quick access to the beach was perfect! Thank you so much!

Love the property ! Right on the beach. The road can be a little busy, but walking the beach and playing in the sand is just what we all needed.

Sea Escape A
Brand new house, in a quiet forested neighborhood just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. The beach access is for the neighborhood only, so the area is much less crowded than the beaches at Myrtle and Surfside. The house itself is beautiful, with a large covered front porch for relaxing and a huge back deck for outdoor dining. Very comfortable beds, enjoyed being able to open the windows in the upstairs bedrooms and fall asleep to the sound of the surf. We just spent a lot of time relaxing and walking to the beach, but it is close enough (10 minute drive) to all the attractions at Myrtle Beach,, that it would also be a great home base for those who want a little more energetic vacation.

Overall it is a nice place. Kitchen utensils & dishes need to be up dated. Lots of stuff, but old and worn. It would be nice if a few items were supplied to get started. A few coffee filters, garbage bags, dishwasher soap to get in the first day. There were soap & shampoo in each bathroom and plenty of towels. We had the pool heated and it was very nice. The dishwasher wasnât working and there was only one dish towel & one dish cloth, no scrubber. Only one small old skillet. Just a few up grades would make this a nicer rental. The location is perfect, view amazing. Loved sitting on the porch while 8 yr old played in the pool.

Wonderful experience. Extremely clean!!!! Kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to cook like we were home. (when the toaster didn't work, we called Sea Star and a new toaster was delivered). very efficient service.
Between the beach and the heated pool the kids had a great time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, (not so however with the pull-out couch).
Overall, it was a great place for our family vacation.

Omg. We were soo happy. So surprised how beautiful the home was and the elevator was heaven for the elders. ( a lot of stairs ) living area is on the second level and walks out to a huge screened in porch. Sunrises in the back over the ocean. Sunsets off the front porch !
Al though there were some issues , they were attended to immediately. Exceeded expectations from the contact with the property to a joyous week for the wedding. The pool was a bonus extra for the fluke day of 78 degrees. A walk across the street and on a beautiful white sand beach. Thank you for sharing your home

The condo was everything we expected and more. The views are fantastic , with ample living space and everything youâd need and find in your own home. We had a lovely stay and would definitly come back !
