Great place to stay. Great distance to the beach..over all enjoy the place. Minor issues with house keeping. Suggestion check the vents when cleaning. And all control to lights and fans. A lot battery were dead. And maybe different trash can in kitchen,it’s to small. I would definitely rent this place again.

The property was a very nice, fairly good condition and well-kept for a rental. The property was clean to an acceptable standard. Very good layout of the Home to accommodate our group. Given the cost per week would expect as such. A few minor property issues upon arrival however when reported, Sea Star was very responsive to resolve (A/C) The upstairs unit did not cool. The location was ideal wth easy access to restaurants, Grocers, etc. I would recommend this property to others. Sea Star provided exceptional communcations and customer service.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at La Perla Blanca! The house is beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The hot tub and pool were fabulous and very short walk to the beach!! We will stay here again!

Perfect Beach Getaway Highly Recommend Surfdog in Surfside Beach! We had an amazing stay at this house! The location couldnt be better just a short walk to the beach and close to great local restaurants. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the porch, which had a beautiful view of the pier and surrounding spots. The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our entire family. The pool was a huge hit, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, even with multiple people online. Everything well-maintained, and exactly as described. Wed absolutely stay here again!

The property was beautiful and clean. The realty company was very responsive. We not given key faubs to enter the buildind and pool. We had to use the links on our phone. Having a key faub would have been easier. We stayed in other properties in One Ocean Place and were given key fauns.

Secluded yet within walking distance to the beach. A short drive to get to many restaurants. Very clean property. The photos don’t do it justice. They really thought of everything when stocking the kitchen. The pool was clean & larger than expected. Plenty of parking. Outdoor shower was great for rinsing off everything when we got back from the beach. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great place, great location. We had plenty of room for our family of 11. The extra beach gear and elevator to get groceries up to the kitchen were great. Never had any issues but Sea Star was always available if needed.

Great place! Thank you for accommodating us quickly when we needed to move rentals! Everything was very clean! Lots of room for all 14 of us. Loved the pool and volleyball court. Could use a grill and beach chairs.
