Our stay at 2016 Portofino was one for the books. The home was beautifully appointed and CLEAN. Usually we have to still clean upon arrival to feel comfortable, and for the first time it was not necessary to do so. We had an issue with our air conditioning and it was addressed immediately. Our stay was seamless and our family had a wonderful experience.

These guys literally saved our vacation. After another realty company cancelled our vacation hours before check-in due to some issues with the house, we scrambled to find a nice place with a pool and 5 BR's. Sea star answered on the first ring and jumped right on ensuring we were taken care of. First class customer service. Will be booking our trips with them in the future!

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable as well. We were just across the street from the beach access and a few blocks from the pier. Great location for our family trip!

Great unit with lots of room

Great space for our family - 3 adults and 3 children! We valued having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms along with a spacious main living area. The deck and views were awesome!
The elevators were busy and checking in was a bit time consuming but otherwise this was a delight. We will be back!

It’s a great location! Steps from the beach and pool. Very close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

This property was amazing!! Our family had an awesome time on vacation because the house was so just so nice and conveniently located to everything that you could ever want to do. We had everything

600 Steps was a great place to stay! The house had a wonderful layout with plenty of room for our family (15 in all). The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, utensils, glasses, a blender, crockpots, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. There were smart TV’s in every room. (With the exception of the tv in the upstairs with the sofa bed; it was not a smart tv) The house had a grill on the outside deck. We were able to put our dogs in the fenced in area for short periods of time without having to worry about them running off. The house is a short walk to the beach right across the street. The layout of the kitchen and dining allowed all of us to eat together because there were plenty of seats. Just a couple of things that should be known: The bedrooms had been vacuumed because you could see the vacuum lines; however, I don’t think the dining and living room areas had been touched. There was a lot of pet fur in these areas and it looked like a beach under the rug there was so much sand. We had to vacuum it up and empty the canister 3 times before all of it was gone. Even though there was a coffee maker, it does not have an auto start. A tea pitcher was the only thing missing from the well stocked kitchen. We didn’t have any dish cloths for the kitchen and 1 wash cloth per person was not sufficient.

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo. Very clean except for the floors but overall really nice. Location was perfect and views from balcony are amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked and very nice, owners thought of any and every thing needed. thing needed.

The home was perfect for our family with adult children. It was clean and just as pictured. This was our second stay at Villa Del Mar.

Great property. Very convenient location just a short walk to beach. Nice pool area.
