Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property provided plenty of space for 17 family members to sleep and play comfortably. We used every area including front and back porch, TV living room, large dining table, well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, pool, pool chairs, barbeque area with table and chairs. We used the heated outdoor shower to rinse off each time we returned from the beach. The walk to the beach took only 3 minutes and the roads we crossed were residential, not busy at all. The beach has clean sand and was never crowded the first week in June. Grocery stores are a little over a mile away. The pier is an easy walk and there are fun restaurants and stores nearby. We booked our vacation for 2026 already.

We called for maintenance late Saturday afternoon and within an hour all issues were taken care of. Some of the TV’s in the bedrooms didn’t work (we didn’t report) and the kitchen lacked a few things we needed, but we were able to work around those issues. There were no pot holders or oven mitts and we went to Walmart and purchased a set. Some of the bedrooms were a little tight. The shower in the main floor bathroom was a little tight. The house is dated but very clean with the best location. We would definitely stay here again

Porch lights on rear deck ceiling had been removed and were lying on the table. Showed that to workman who came to assist with TV remote issues. Also - the electrical service and tv service wiring outside the house is hanging loose from the house.House was clean. Linens as promised. Great kitchen area, could use some additional silverware. Nice view from front porch to ocean given vacant lot in front. Lots of parking space. Good size rooms.

Dolphin cove unit 3F. We had a great time in garden city. Our condo was nice and clean. The beach was very nice. Just a short jot to get to Myrtle Beach boardwalk. Just a few things I’d change about the condo… the dining room table was very large which sometimes made it hard to get around. The living room furniture was definitely not the most comfortable. Screen door was broken on arrival so we couldn’t keep the sliding door open at all on our stay. A few amenities not found in the kitchen and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 6+ people for an entire week is not enough. trash at the pool was overflowing for days (which apparently the HOA takes care of). Other than those few things, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at a rental property in Garden City, SC. The place was fantastic and clean. The photos used for the advertising looked like they were taken the day we arrived. The views were absolutely fabulous. Ocean or marsh, you could see for miles. One of the great things about the place we stayed was the customer service that was provided. Any time I had a question there was always a prompt response. We will definitely be staying at this property again, and would have no problem staying anywhere else that Sea Star Realty is servicing.

Home was clean and pool was great for the kids. The beach was just a small walk away and was in a great spot.

We enjoyed the location to the beach and the place we stayed in. We hope we can get the same place next year.

We are staying at the Ohana Oasis in Surfside, SC and it has been wonderful experience. The home is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we need. Sea Star has been very professional and responsive the whole time. Our whole family (3 years old to 70 years old) have felt comfortable and happy! The listing was exactly as advertised and we plan to come back again next year!

The house was clean and as advertised. The location was right next to the beach with even a small view of the ocean from the top floors. They even had beach accessories like chairs, umbrella, and coolers.

The location is great and within walking distance to the Garden City Pier. The views of the ocean and the marsh (seen from entry side on walkway) are amazing. Most importantly, the photos are up to date. What you see in the photos are exactly what the room looks like. The appearance, the cleanliness, all of it is there as in the photos.
