This is the third full house we rented that was not a condo and it was by far the best we have rented. Clean and had everything!!!

The pool was really nice, definitely could be more clean around the pool(chairs and next to fence; there was stuff left from previous person so you could tell it wasn’t cleaned) and maybe a little less chlorine. The fan in the upstairs room did break while we were there but they were able to fix it a day later so that was amazing. It was a little hot on the stay we weren’t able to control the thermostat, so I’m glad they were able to fix the fan quickly!

Proximity to pier was a plus for teens and the pool was a hit with everyone. Overall a great house. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been and some of the furniture needs replacement. However, these issues didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. The house was spacious and the elevator an added bonus!

The walk to the beach is short, and there are so many things to do within walking distance: restaurants, shops, the pier, and a park. A quick golf cart ride gets you to even more shops, great places to eat, and coffee spots. It’s a cute little town that clearly wants to be a family vacation destination.Lastly, Sea Star Realty is top notch. They communicate extremely well, and it’s obvious that customer service is a priority for them.

They responded quickly to our requests or concerns however the follow through for the two repair requests didn’t happen. The beach rental company however, for chairs etc was excellent. Great communication and when I alerted them to the fact that our umbrella had last a tip on one of its spokes, they replaced it in a timely fashion. The location is great, clean and well stocked. This was our second time renting Vacation Station. Each bedroom having a bathroom is a big plus for our big family. We recommend more hooks in bedrooms and bathrooms.
