We had a great stay! This house was super nice and clean. Super short walk to beach. We are still super impressed by this property. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return to Out of the Blue.

Our family had an amazing time. The weather was awesome. The beach was beautiful and the house was a perfect set up for us to enjoy our vacation. Loved having the two living rooms for the kids to take a break from the sun.

The walk to the beach is short, and there are so many things to do within walking distance: restaurants, shops, the pier, and a park. A quick golf cart ride gets you to even more shops, great places to eat, and coffee spots. It’s a cute little town that clearly wants to be a family vacation destination.Lastly, Sea Star Realty is top notch. They communicate extremely well, and it’s obvious that customer service is a priority for them.

They responded quickly to our requests or concerns however the follow through for the two repair requests didn’t happen. The beach rental company however, for chairs etc was excellent. Great communication and when I alerted them to the fact that our umbrella had last a tip on one of its spokes, they replaced it in a timely fashion. The location is great, clean and well stocked. This was our second time renting Vacation Station. Each bedroom having a bathroom is a big plus for our big family. We recommend more hooks in bedrooms and bathrooms.

Reviewer Comments: The big chill Just a few notations about the home :Arrived to towels on the deck and in closets Loose door handle, when we arrived was on a main door with lots of use ..which broke shortly after arrival and we replaced Dirty dishes in the cabinetsLeftover items left in the house A big bag of dirty linens left downstairs in the driveway Carpets were not cleaned/swept No bathmats for the bathrooms -with most of them being tile dangerous situationdirt /garbage underneath furniture We are OK with these things because we are from a big family and used to cleaning up I just wanted you to be aware of how the house was left so that maybe the crews can do a better job in the future We enjoy the house. This is our second time spending our vacation at this house Loved all the updates!We have been vacationing at Garden City Beach since 2005 And we come every three years, we enjoy the area immensely thank you so much for your time and hospitality.
