Couldn't ask for a better location. House was great with everything we needed. I wanted to bring the Porch back home with me... Fantastic views.The only negative to me is the parking which really can't be helped. Vehicles have to be parked nose to tail whereas if you aren't the one in the rear everyone behind you has to back out.. Let you out then pull back in. It's constant musical chairs

Older property but it was well maintained and clean, worked perfectly for our group. Pool was amazing & morning views over the ocean were fantastic.

Our family just returned from a two week stay at Portofino IV. This is our third year working with Sea Star and have had only positive interactions. They are professional and communicate on a regular basis to insure you are aware of any issues and to make sure you have a wonderful vacation. The property recently updated and met all of our needs. We are booked for next year!

We have rented from Sea Star Realty since 2022 and have always been extremely pleased with the services provided by Sea Star Realty. We especially like the keyless entry as we do not want to have to go wait in line at a rental office to pick up keys after driving hours to the area. Sea Star has also always been responsive if we have any concerns. We were missing a set of sheets on our last visit and all I had to do was text the office and a set of sheets was promptly delivered. We also like the credit towards beach gear and use that to rent beach chairs, eliminating the need to haul those from home. Overall, we are very happy with Sea Star Realty and will continue to rent from them in the future.

Our family had a great time staying at Best of Both in Garden City. This beautiful home is on the marsh and a few steps across the street to the beach. Sea Star Realty were professional and prompt in all our communications. I appreciate how clean and ready things were upon our arrival. We will definitely use Sea Star again.

We stayed in Garden City over the 4th of July holiday and were super impressed by the unit, the location, and the staff. Upon arrival, the unit was made available earlier than normal as the staff worked to accommodate a special need we had as a group. The staff went above and beyond to respond to requests and did periodic check ins during our stay to ensure all was well. Looking forward to next years’ visit!

We have loved our 2 years' experience of renting through Sea Star Realty! The linens are included and on the beds when we arrive, towels in each bathroom, travel toiletries provided, and the house is always clean. If there are issues with the property, Sea Star Realty responds quickly and respectfully and takes care of any issues or communicates them to the homeowner. We previously used a different rental company in Surfside for 5 years and had horrible experiences with disrespectful customer service, issues not being addressed in a timely manner, the house being sold months prior to us being notified and told we had to rent a more expensive property through them...I am so glad the house we love to rent switched over to Sea Star so that we can now use them and know the difference between a GREAT rental experience and what we had been experiencing with the previous rental company. I highly recommend Sea Star Realty!
