They responded quickly to our requests or concerns however the follow through for the two repair requests didn’t happen. The beach rental company however, for chairs etc was excellent. Great communication and when I alerted them to the fact that our umbrella had last a tip on one of its spokes, they replaced it in a timely fashion. The location is great, clean and well stocked. This was our second time renting Vacation Station. Each bedroom having a bathroom is a big plus for our big family. We recommend more hooks in bedrooms and bathrooms.

Reviewer Comments: The big chill Just a few notations about the home :Arrived to towels on the deck and in closets Loose door handle, when we arrived was on a main door with lots of use ..which broke shortly after arrival and we replaced Dirty dishes in the cabinetsLeftover items left in the house A big bag of dirty linens left downstairs in the driveway Carpets were not cleaned/swept No bathmats for the bathrooms -with most of them being tile dangerous situationdirt /garbage underneath furniture We are OK with these things because we are from a big family and used to cleaning up I just wanted you to be aware of how the house was left so that maybe the crews can do a better job in the future We enjoy the house. This is our second time spending our vacation at this house Loved all the updates!We have been vacationing at Garden City Beach since 2005 And we come every three years, we enjoy the area immensely thank you so much for your time and hospitality. I could watch my grandchildren playing on the beach with their parents from the outside porch without getting sand on my feet.The house was 5 bedrooms/5 baths located 1/2 mile from the pier and a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Everyone enjoyed the pool everyday. It was very clean and refreshing.

We have stayed in in different units of Flora Villa for way over 10 years. Loved the updates!

Place we stayed at surfside was excellent I stayed at the complex many times before but always through another (cheaper) rental company and their units were ok. Sea star cost a little more but the quality of unit fess far superior to ones in the same complex hosted by other companies. It had been renovated significantly. Was very comfortable and well stocked. Ample towels and extra bedding were available and the beds were all made with fresh sheets and blankets when we arrived (other companies dont do this or charge extra). The unit was clean and extra toiletries were provided in each bathroom and a small welcome bag in the kitchen with various goodies. Not a huge deal but just shows their attention to detail and guests having a quality experience. Check in and out was super easy (no running to pick up keys from a drop box). They checked in via text during our stay. When we left I saw fresh linens being delivered for the next guests. I have zero complaints. It was a lovely stay.

It is very spacious with numerous areas to allow family members to gather together or to seek out a quiet space all to themselves. Having stayed in this area for many years at other properties, one thing we really appreciated was the protection and privacy the dunes provide plus the well maintained yard and landscaping. The property was as described in the listing. What you can’t appreciate via the accompanying pictures is just how spacious the home is. All in all, we felt as if we were gathering at a friend’s home rather than a rental property. Sea Star Realty was attentive to any questions we had and we appreciated how they kept us informed via text of any scheduled routine maintenance, etc. We are already planning our next stay at Seaductress.

Great house and perfect location. Plenty of room for everyone and great outdoor space. House was clean and great location for easy access to beaches and restaurants. We were able to bring our boat to do some fishing and tour Murrells Inlet.

I have been using Sea Star Realty for years for an annual family reunion. The houses are just as described in the website and are clean and well kept. Sea Star is quick to answer questions or to come for any needed help or maintenance. The cancellation policy is the best I've seen and makes me feel secure in booking a house well in advance. Highly recommend!
