We really enjoyed our stay. The house was updated and clean! Walking distance to all the things we love to do.

I am a regular with Air BnB. This booking had the most responsive and accommodating host. The location and home is incredible. If you don't know the area, this side of town keeps you just far enough away from the tourist trap, but close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Great access to the beach! Nice patio space with gas grill. Appliances were top notch, including the gas rangetop with griddle.
Close to the market and local restaurants.
A little "corporate" feel for most airbnbers, but very fun times were had by our group of four adults and three children

We were worried when the forecast called for rain all weekend, but this unit was so comfy and inviting that we completely loved hanging out and sharing the time together. Only thing we all agreed should be changed is MORE MIRRORS! Only mirrors were above the bathroom sinks which is not enough for 10 women!

We rented both units of the duplex and it worked out perfect. The home is nicely updated with nicely sufficient upgrades. The location was most important part for us and the home was located in a perfect location close to the beach. The bedrooms were small but each with a queen bed which was perfect for 5 solo guys. We mainly used the nicely sized kitchen downstairs as a group but the kitchen in the upper level was nicely sized too. The check in was very clear, the house provided everything we expected and we were very satisfied. The living space was relatively small in both units but we were outside the whole trip so that was not important. The only thing that wasn't great was one of the showers did not drain properly. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice home, right next to the beach and distance to all that Newport has to offer.

The house was a perfect location for close beach access. Great distance to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, and dining. We received great communication to know what to bring and what to expect. LOVED this rental!

We rented both units. Both were clean and had the essentials! The home did not look like a rental! It was remodeled and looked great. Great location! Can't wait to stay again! Loved it!!
