Everything was simple and everyone we had to deal with was very polite. We did not like the ceiling in Gulf Tower 1C in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The water pressure in the shower was painfully strong. Other than that, we loved it there.

It was really nice, the people were very nice and helpful. Great people were also staying there. It wasn't noisy and a great spot on the beach. Loved how you could listen to the beach and only few feet away to get on the beach. Everyone was nice and I really enjoyed it. They had everything you really needed it was provided. I brought stuff I didn't even need. It was really fun and nice stay. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back to stay. It was a great location to get in town to. Easy to get around and find places. It was private to a point where it wasn't over crowded. It was a wonderful place to stay. Roomy and comfy bed to sleep in at night. Very nice place to stay I'd reccomend it to anyone if they wanted a nice place to stay in Gulf Shores, Al. Wonderful place.

We were overall pleased with the location and condition of the room. The cabinet doors in the kitchen were hard to open and we only had one trash bag in the kitchen provided, which was not adequate for our 3 night stay. We may have been provided another if we had called and asked.

Our first time in Gulf Shores. Fell in love with the area. The condo looked just like it did on line. I love the fact when you book the condo, you get to see the actual unit you will stay in. Bender Realty was wonderful to work with. We will be coming back to Gulf Shores and will be contacting Bender Realty to book our unit.

WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS LOCATION A FEW TIMES NOW ACTUALLY IN THE SAME UNIT #1407 AND THE VIEW CAN NOT BE BEAT!!!THE BEACH AREA WAS NICE & CLEAN AND YOU GOT TO LOVE THE INDOOR AND OUT DOOR POOLS!! We could not be more happy with the accommodations at Royal Palms. Room was very clean and well organized. All the staff at Bender realty and Royal Palms were very nice and helpfull. The location was my absolute favorite part. Beautiful views and quick easy access to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be return customers.

Royal Palms 1407 was just stunning. The inside was beautiful just as the pictures showed. Well stocked kitchen if you plan on cooking (I would bring a good knife). The view from the wrap around balcony is stunning. Last condo in Gulf Shores. State Pier is just a short walk. Found lots of shells on our daily walks. Lists as a 6 person condo-3 or 4 would fit comfortably. Bender staff is always so sweet! They are the reason we rented again this year from Bender Realty. Only trouble we had was the front door was hard to lock/unlock, but that was just us not being used to that type lock. You can't go wrong with this condo and Bender Realty.

My wife and I spent a week in this unit and it was great! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only problems were the front door was difficult to unlock with the key and the sliding door was hard to get locked back. I would recommend this complex and condo to anyone!

The best thing about this apartment is the enormous, private wrap around balcony and great views. Condo was nicely decorated and kitchen was furnished with all the standard things you would need to make most food. We ate in a lot so appreciated the well equipped kitchen although we could have used a pan and pot or two more since we did do so much cooking. Bathroom in the master bedroom is small. Hallway bathroom is somewhat larger. The only clock in the whole condo was on the microwave. It would be nice if there was one in the bedroom and waste paper baskets in the bathrooms. Location on the beach was great. The pier at the State park was within easy walking distance. Restaurants and shopping centers were very close by. We enjoyed walking down the beach to the Sea N Suds for lunch. Food and service there was very good. Outdoor pool was cold, indoor pool was an inviting temp and jacuzzi was hot! We enjoyed our beach vacation in Gulf Shores and would recommend a stay at the Royal Palms, especially this particular unit because of the unique balcony feature.

We have stayed in this condo three times. Was disappointed that it had not been redecorated yet after being told it would be. The decor needs to be lightened up. Beachy turquoise, greens, and blues would be Nice! Also, needs a screen on the sliding doors. The deck really is the best though.

My husband and I had an amazing getaway in Gulf Shores! This beachfront penthouse was budget friendly and had breathtaking views. The penthouse was pretty clean in all, although a good carpet cleaning in the bedroom would not hurt. The bedroom was a bit crowded with the decor, but if you don't mind side stepping between the bed and armoire or climbing across the bed to get to the other side, you'll be fine. The livingroom/dining/kitchen wall color is a bit darker than my taste for beach feel, but in all we weren't really there to stay cooped up in the condo so I can't complain. We arrived October 30th and departed November 2 and had 2 days of good weather before storms moved in on our final day.. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone that wants to fall in love with the beach life ? Thank you for a very memorable honeymoon/anniversary getaway.

The unit's view is AMAZING!! That's what made us book this particular unit. The huge balcony is a major plus. The unit is a little outdate but not a big deal to us since we were there to spend time on the beach. It had basic kitchen appliances. Clean. Our 5 year old loved the indoor pool! Great experience with Bender Realty.

My husband and I came to Gulf Shores to celebrate my 50 th Birthday. We had a terrific time. We stayed at the Royal Palm on the 14th floor. We were able to watch and experience a lot of marine life. We actually got to watch sea turtles being born. Bender Realty were a joy to work with booking our condo and we plan on using them the next time.

We stayed during the first week of October (2016)and had a wonderful time. The room was clean and in good shape. This is the closest we have ever stayed to the beach and it was not overly crowded. Everything we wanted to do was close by and all the places we wanted to eat as well. We didn't book until about 6 weeks prior to our stay and Bender Realty worked with us to make sure we had the accommodations we needed. One of the elevators was down and everyone had to wait to use the one elevator but other than that everything was great. We will definitely stay at another Bender Realty property.

The condo was wonderful. Everything we needed and great space. The corner balcony and window views are stunning. We highly enjoyed our stay and will be returning next year for sure.One critic is there should be a bathroom at the pool area in the building. Going all the way back to room was not ideal especially when you have 6 kids.
