Having been at the Sandpiper for several vacations we knew what to expect. We were quite pleased to see that our condo had been updated and had 3 wall-mounted TV's. There was more than an adequate supply of cooking utensils and serve ware. The only thing missing was hot pads and dish rags. Great place. Would ask for this rental again.

We always have a good time! I've been staying in the same condo for approximately 19 years now. The condo is very nice. There could be a few changes, such as new furniture in the living room. But all in all, it's a great condo.

This is our fourth consecutive visit to Sandpiper condos in Gulf Shores. We love seeing the "winter regulars" who have become our year-round friends! The facility is well-maintained, and we like the amenities. There is a new elevator this year and the swimming pool has been drained for sanding and re-painting. We love sitting out on the boardwalk having coffee with friends in the morning or cocktails at sunset! We feel we get excellent value for the rental fees. Can't say enough about how professional and accommodating the staff at Bender Realty are! Can't imagine staying anywhere else!

This was our fourth visit to the Sandpiper condos. We stayed in the same unit 14C as we had in previous years. Unit was in good condition and relatively clean. As in previous visits we took the front window screens off and cleaned the glass twice, inside and out, to get a clear look at the Gulf. The unit was well stocked with kitchen dishware and utensils. In-unit washing machine was hard on clothing and the dryer left a lot of visible lint. Were disappointed that the pool wasn’t available for the two months we were there. It had been drained right around the Christmas holidays for re-painting and was supposed to be refilled around January 31st. However, the pool wasn’t refilled until the last week of February, just before our departure. As usual, the staff at Bender Realty were friendly and extremely responsive to requests and issues we brought to their attention. The check-in and checkout procedures were excellent.

Sandpiper 14C was really lovelylovely. The family and I only stayed a weekaand on the 4th day I tried booking it for another week but unfortunately the house was unavailable. The house was spacious, the view was beautiful and all the neighbours were nice. We will definitely be booking our holiday there again in the future.

This is our second year of spending January, February and part of March at Sandpiper. The facility is at a great location; on the beach and just minutes from golfing, shopping, restaurants, and other activities. The layout of the complex makes it easy to meet and make friends with lots of other people. Our unit (14C) was clean, decorated nicely and had all of the amenities one could wish for. If we ever had a problem, Bender Realty promptly responded to make things right. We are absolutely looking forward to our return visit next winter!

AMAZING, COMFORTABLE, ACCOMMODATING, RELAXING, WORRY-FREE, ARE ONLY A FEW WORDS TO DESCRIBE OUR STAY THIS SPRING BREAK IN UNIT 14C! THE DECOR AND FURNITURE FIT THE OCEAN THEME AND MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. THE KITCHEN IT WELL STOCKED WITH DISHES AND APPLIANCES. THE 3 LARGE BEDS MAKE IT POSSIBLE FOR A LARGER FAMILY TO STAY OF SEVERAL COUPLES. WE HAVE STAYED AT SANDPIPER FOR OVER 20 YEARS FOR SPRING BREAK IN OTHER UNITS BUT FOUND 14C TO BE ONE OF OUR FAVORITES THIS YEAR. BEING ON THE TOP FLOOR GIVES YOU AMAZING VIEWS OF THE BEACH FROM THE MAIN DECK AND LITTLE IF NO NOISE FROM NEIGHBORS. BILL BENDER AND STAFF ARE ALWAYS QUICK TO REMEDY ANY PROBLEMS, NEEDS OR INTERRUPTIONS DURING OUR STAYS. We have stayed in other Sandpiper condos and I must say that 14C is a gem! I hate to review for fear it won't be available when we want to book again! Beautiful, updated decor and newer appliances with great view of the ocean. Owners have made great use of space with choice of furniture and sleeping arrangements. Sandpiper is the perfect location on west beach! Great place to stay if you want to meet other friendly guests. Smaller with a safe feel!

Well maintained complex, great location and very good amenities. Walk the beach right out your door, use the charcoal grills in the court yard, visit with new friends on the decks. Five minutes to dozens of good restaurants, plus lots of nearby golf and fishing opportunities. Our unit is well stocked, clean and comfortable. Nice accommodations, terrific location! Clean, comfortable, well-stocked condo just minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf, and other attractions. Common deck encourages meeting new friends. This has been our second winter at the Sandpiper and we've already booked next year's return!
