We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location. Beach access right across the street. Very clean! The rental staff stayed in contact throughout the stay checking in and making sure we had everything we needed.

The location was great! The beach access was right across the street. The pool was nice, facilities were clean. The staff was very hands on and reachable!
There is not a lot of room for improvement. It would be nice to have a bathroom at the pool.

Sunset Place was Awesome - Beautiful Views, Beautiful Beach, So Quiet and Peaceful. We enjoyed the mornings, days, afternoons and nights on/at the beach. The water was 225 steps from the house!!! Furnishings were great - it had everything we needed!! The washer and dryer were a great asset to us - there were 7 in our party. Plenty of space for sodas - Hawaiian Punch - & Sunny D by using the small cooler. The extra ice maker was great. Everyone said their Bed was comfortable. The Bender Realty Staff was awesome - they checked in on us - but we had NO Issues of any Kind. Our Group wants to go back - that says a lot since one of our sons doesn't like water!!! Thank you so much and May God Bless each and everyone of you!!!!

The condo was very clean and very accommodating overall, the only thing I was not happy with is the mattress on the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable and the fact that we had two cars and I was charged $35 plus tax for the second tag, one car tag is not enough for this amount of people.

Excellent rental within our price range. Convenient location just steps to the boardwalk and beach on a 2 lane road. Beach chairs available for rent. Excellent communication with the rental agency and well maintained grounds. Lobby attendant and security were nice touches. Trash chute was super convenient and bike racks were such a blessing. Shopping carts available for moving luggage- genius actually. Great setup on the bay for cleaning fish + nice docs and a boat launch. Highly recommend!

Bender was so easy to work with. They made the process so easy and convenient. Communications were easy, you can call and talk to some of the nicest folks, they text and email paperwork, instructions etc. so there is easy to refer back to if you forget. Hope and Marilyn were super helpful and sweet. Loved the ease of it all, beginning to end. Will use again when renting

The condo was exactly as listed and clean. The only thing missing were pot holders which we didnt need until the last day. The beds were decently comfortable and the showers were nice. Everyone at the condo was very nice and helpful. The elevators were fast 99% of the time. The boardwalk to the beach was short and didnt have any stairs to navigate, making it easy to get your beach stuff set up. We had a great time with no worries.

Comfortable and clean! Great beach access! You can rent chairs and umbrella directly on the beach outside to complex. My only complaints are the beds ( one is too hard and the other two are too soft) and having to pick up the welcome package ( containing the wifi password and the parking pass) at the management office across the street. We got in very late and would have appreciated the welcome packet being in our condo upon arrival. Outside of that the condo was fantastic and extremely well organized, there was even a vacuum!

We were very pleased with the rental! It was exactly as pictured, everything was updated, nice, new, and clean. The washer and dryer were great. The view was amazing and the easy access to the beach was great. We enjoyed the chair rentals on the beach as well. Overall, great experience.

Our experience in Yellowbird Too was simply amazing. We had no issues with the home itself during our stay. The house location is far enough down West Beach that you are away from all of the condos. The only people on the beach were our family and the families from the houses next door. The pool was a pleasant bonus allow our 10 month old granddaughter to have fun without the constant exposure to the sun on the beach. The Bender Realty staff remained in touch during the entire stay. They made sure we could get the house keys after business hours, and they promptly answered the questions that we texted to them. We would definitely rent this house again on any return trips.

We were there for a 60 Birthday for two of the four in our group. We enjoyed the condo being on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the patio listening to the waves and had a wonderful breeze at night. Location was easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location for a beach vacation! This condo has a reserved covered parking spot available, which is nice because the rest of the parking spots are limited. I recommend getting the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas that are already set up on the beach daily, so worth it to not have to drag chairs and umbrellas down to the beach and they set them up right by where the walkway is from the condo. Location is just a few miles from several great restaurants. Very quiet building. I don’t think it was mentioned in the description but this place does have a beach wagon available for use, which was really nice to have! They did provide a little basic kit with cleaning things like a dishwasher pod, laundry soap for one load, and a small bottle of liquid dish soap. Very clean place. Beds were comfy. Plenty of bath towels and wash rags provided! Elevator worked great. There was a cart to take stuff up, but it was in use when we left on Sunday.

This is our second time to stay at Summerchase. This condo was very nice and updated. The communication was great. I love the location. We come here every year for work and I’ll be staying here again.

Condo was as described. Super clean! Location was perfect! Provided extra bedding which we appreciated. Views of the beach are stunning!!! Bender states they one provide enough supplies for your 1st night and their not joking. Plan to bring or buy toilet paper, trash bags etc! Also, it’s not stated anywhere but there IS a trash shoot on the condo floor! We found this out the hard way walking our trash all the way to ground level. We would definitely stay again!!

What a great stay! Right upon arrival I noticed it was VERY clean, all the way down to the details. Decor is beautiful. Water is hot with great water pressure. Ample amounts of towels. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with any utensils, pots, and appliances you may need. Great selection of games for kids to play - also some great books! Check in was a breeze and hosts are very helpful. Beach access is literally right across the street.

Perfect location, first floor was a WIN! Condo was clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, the pullout couch mattress was less comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked but could use some pot and pans update..overall we would definitely stay here again!!

We will be back again! We enjoyed the view from the balcony and easy/quick walk to the beach! The kids enjoyed jumping in the pool on the way back from the beach and even during a few small rain storms. Everything was just as described in the listing. Even some family friendly games!

We had to rebook a place at the last minute and we were so glad we did!! This condo does not disappoint!! Clean and gorgeous! The king bed rooms are so nice and the beds are really comfy! The wrap around balcony is absolutely amazing with really nice furniture! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will definitely stay here again!!
