Great place to stay with family and kids. Immediate access to the beach. You can book chairs on the beach the entire time that you stay. We would definitely come back.

We had the best time at Gulf Shores. It was our first time there but we will definitely go back! The condo was just perfect for the two of us. It was very neat and clean. It has the perfect view of the ocean! We had a small incident with a leak but it was fixed in record time! Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Had a wonderful week just steps away from the ocean with plenty of beach space for privacy and games. The home is very well thought out and spacious. The upper level is open concept and perfect for everyone to gather. Has everything one needs in the kitchen and two beach-level refrigerators. Property manager was very timely and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation for the week.

Very good stay. Outside of property immaculate, but condo in bathrooms could have been cleaner on the floor. Looked like under bath room benches no one swept. Also towels could have been nicer. The kitchen was fully stocked and was great to eat in. Living area and pull out sofa comfortable.

Very pleased over all with our experience. Only suggestion is to better explain where the shortcut to the beach is. We didn't find it until day 2 there. Also, a heated pool would have made our trip even better or hot tub.

The property is very clean and well maintained. There was someone always grilling in the evenings which was a nice option to dining out. The pool is heated which is nice when it's cooler. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and book with Bender Realty. Missy and Betty were the best!!

Assortment of kitchen gadgets. - Almost too many for the counter space. Only negative is that this unit does not have a keypad on the door. Inconvenient for checking in because you have to go back to Bender to get them after the unit is cleaned. Also just for getting in and out of the unit. Overall very nice unit!

This house fit our needs well. We had four families with teenagers, and everyone enjoyed their stay. Some fished from the beach, some swam, the adults enjoyed the beach, and all of the teens had fun looking for crabs at night. We found the house to be in pretty much the condition it was listed as and reading the comments helped us know what to expect. The extra refrigerator was helpful for our large group, but there were a few things that should be looked after (not all lights working and railing on balcony). With that said, it was not enough to keep us from renting again in the future. The management team was super helpful and easy to work with. One of the best among my experiences with vacation rentals. Thanks for a relaxing week with my friends!

We had a great trip! Though older, the property fit our needs. Had I not scoured the reviews looking for the location, we would have never found the beach access, so putting it here for others as well: across the road to the left, down only 1 or 2 properties.

Great location, great layout of house and enjoyed the enclosed double glass sliding doors of the balcony. There also had a dining table where we ate all our dinners! A rocking chair where l sat and watched kids play on the beach. Best part for me! Wished we could walk out to the beach from the house instead of taking back stairs. When l booked the listing said "new renovated... pictures coming soon" but it looks like they upgrades furniture but the carpet NEEDS to go. It stunk from the "tried to clean" when we arrived and it felt dirty stepping on it mostly due to the humidity or wetness. That was my one big dislike...l do not like smelly carpets. Told the agent and she had someone come spray it with vinegar. That helped a bit but l literally keep the sliding doors open and fans running all day long till close to midnight. It's hard to keep carpet clean in my own house...l would imagine even harder in a "beach wet vacation house"! For the check-in process - it was ok but we arrived around 11pm instead of asking us to pass by the office to collect keys. I wish the agent could put a lockbox at the house...give us code and we go straight to the house and open lockbox...get keys and at departure put keys in lockbox and back on door and leave. We loved the available kitchen stuff since we made all our meals. And enjoyed the pool areas....nice & clean. So overall we enjoyed the place and our time there!

It couldn't have been a better experience from booking this condo to arriving on-site. Every picture was accurate and the place was squeaky clean. No complaints from this happy dad.

This condo was wonderful! It’s down enough on the stretch away from the partying. We had a lot of snowbirds around us so it was quiet at night. The condo itself was very clean and beds were comfortable. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper and paper towel. There isn’t any extra amenities if that sort. We went to Rouses almost nightly and got stuff to cook dinner. We are at restaurants for lunch to avoid the crowds. The condo is well stocked to cook. We would love to go back but next year are going to look for a 3 bedroom-but this one was great for our first visit! Also, there is a charcoal grill.

The condo was clean and well kept too. I really like the keypad entry vs the physical key method as well. Parking was never a problem with plenty of room. Along with a great, and heated pool, my family enjoyed the grills. The only concern I do have are the price increases that seem a bit steep. Apparently the competition with Florida is heating up.

The location is terrific, close enough to walk to a restaurant and a mini mart, as well as on the beach.The condo is clean, updated, and so comfortable. Waking up to coffee on the patio and retiring after watching the sun go down over the gulf is a wonderful experience.I am a repeat renter and have made plans to return next year. This condo fits all our needs.

This unit was perfect for our stay. My wife and I stayed with my daughter and her 2 kids and there was plenty of room. Very spacious balcony along with the living area, bedrooms were also good size. pool and hot tubs were awesome. zero entry heated pool was a big hit with the kids, Hope to go back next year!

A nice ourside heated pool at Orange Beach, an open to public athletic track accessible, a 3 levels building that is very human including an elevator. Fantastic!

This Penthouse condo unit at the Royal Palms is top notch. Everything is exactly as described and the property management company was great and easy to work with. There isn't a better view from any where else in Gulf Shores. So happy to have stayed here and will book again.

It was very nice but when leaving we checked under the beds and found clothing and food wrappers that were not ours. We did leave them there. We did like the condo and would recommend it to others. Thanks!!

Our Unit was really nice, cozy, and had all of what we needed!The other guests became our "neighbors" and we had fun times. The rental, maintenance and cleaning crew were always helpful and kind. I really experience "southern hospitality" here and in Gulf Shores. We have booked for next year! (Only suggestion-get rid of Dish TV-poor quality)

The best part (in addition to a lovely condo & great location overlooking the gulf) was that every time we to our car, the pool, the elevator, we met other dogs. Everyone of them was super friendly and just as anxious to meet Trixie as Trixie was to meet them. That is very hard to find anywhere in Gulf Shores, except on the campgrounds.
