We stayed here with 7 people and while it was a tight stay, it was extremely nice and exactly as described. The whole process was easy and we had one problem with a curtain bracket coming out of the wall that was resolved immediately would stay here again!

Our stay here was amazing. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. There was plenty of space for lounging, playing games, enjoying the balcony, and making meals. It was very family friendly, no loud or rowdy guests, even with the music festival going on during the end of our stay. Even the beach out front was less congested than others along the stretch. May is my favorite time to visit the Gulf. Perfect balance of water quality and temps.

We had a great time and the staff at Bender Realty made the whole process so easy. The condo was was perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean, nice furnishing and right on the beach. Will definitely be back.

We came in town for a weekend and had a nice experience. The team at Bender Realty was kind and welcoming. Check in was simple and they were easy to get ahold of when we had questions. I highly recommend booking this gorgeous little place!

Sandpiper condos were really nice & cozy!!! We were here for Hangout Music Fest, so it was in the perfect location for us to walk to & from. The place was clean, and the extra pull out couch was the best spot in the house! And only 1 minute walk to the beach! We enjoyed our stay, and will return :)

We had a great time at the Sandpiper during our stay for hangout fest! The unit was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely book here again if we head back to Gulf Shores!

Great Location. Third floor with a great view of the beach! There was even a pool which was a plus. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom and there was an included washer/dryer.

This property had everything we needed. We didn’t have to leave for anything. Grocery delivery was available through instacart as well. We will definitely be back.

I was very disappointed to find out in order to park a second vehicle I would have to pay $80. That should be communicated in the description before booking. I did pay $20 to park in the realty company parking lot. I think for the amount of money for the rental for the week I should have been able to park in the parking included in the stay. The parking lot was never full the entire week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming to GS for over 10 years. I found this unit to have the best stocked kitchen of any place I stayed. The location is right on the beach, beds were very comfortable, furnishings were very nice. The balcony is small but sufficient. The only thing I would say needs attention is the dishwasher as it isn’t bolted in place and falls forward on you when you open the door. The stove is usable but outdated.

There were only a couple of minor things that needed fixed and maintenance came right way to take care of it. The location was excellent. No building on one side of it. The state park very close by. Not an overcrowded beach. And beautiful white sand! A short distance from lots of restaurants and very close to Orange beach as well. We especially enjoyed dinner at Cobalt Restaurant.

I can tell the owner is making up-grades, still everything was great. The bed was really good, in the past at other condos the bed was uncomfortable, not at this unit, slept like a baby. I would like the see the beach access have a way to get my cart down to the water, too many stairs, I was seeing other family's having trouble getting their wagons down the stairs also.
