The condo was very comfortable. The walk to the waterline is much shorter than other places we have stayed. The covered parking was very convenient to use as a staging area for the beach. We just left our ice chest in the truck and walked back and forth!

The location was great!!! We were right across from the beach so we walked. The location was a quiet area and not as busy which is what I liked best.

Myself and two of my sisters stayed at your condo on the beach. We enjoyed to the condo and the view of the beach. All the amenities of the condo were great. The balcony was awesome.

We had the best time. Everything was easy. Condo isn’t too big so plenty of room at the beach and the pool was never crowded!

We really loved this little condo. Really nice, the kids loved the pool!
We did have an ant problem which may not be an easy problem to control.

This was the closest building to the gulf we've ever had. Really nice. We overlooked the outdoor pool which had 2 double swings sitting by the pool - a useful novelty. Condo was clean, comfortable, and updated with big screen TV in LR. We were glad we had double sliding doors on the deck when it rained-none of the the 6 seats got wet. Bender very professional. We'll go again.

We love the Caribbean condos. Only 32 condos in the building. So much better than those mega complexes. It's dog-friendly for our 9 lb Yorkie. The only downfall for us with this condo was there was no table on the balcony where we spend a lot of time eating dinners and playing games. We survived but the next condo we pick will have a table and chairs outside. We stayed 12 days and every day was the most perfect weather. oh, the TV's in the bedrooms are about the size of a laptop screen and the remotes didn't work. I changed the batteries but still didn't work. We didn't tell the agency about this because it wasn't a big deal to us, but if you like to watch TV in bed, bring your laptop ;-).

Just saw the James Taylor concert in Orange Beach and he played up on the roof. This place reminds me of that song. Beautiful unit needs some more outdoor chairs but other than that it was perfectly clean. Nice place to stay.

Our experience was great from start to finish. In a city where beach access and parking are difficult, having the dedicated access just across the street was a huge plus. Our family of 6 had a lot of gear to take to the beach, so we were grateful. It was a quick and easy walk back to the condo with the little ones for naps, snacks, etc. The pool was clean and a very welcome amenity. It is shaded in the afternoon. When we had a problem with our dishwasher on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, management sent a handyman within 45 minutes! Management was very accessible; guests can contact the office by text, email and phone day or night.The property is within walking distance of many restaurants. We ate at Bahama Bob's and Beli Deli, both pretty good.

The condo was nice and clean. The best part was that there was easy beach wheelchair access. It made our trip to the beach so much easier. I will stay again at Edgewater for the easy access.

The upgrades that were made were nice. The furniture is pretty outdated though. The only downside is the price. The price of the unit keeps going up year after year. It has now reached a price point to where it’s only a few hundred less than an all inclusive vacation in Aruba. They may end up pricing us out of returning if it continues to rise and surpass $4k a week.

Enjoyed it just like the previous stays we've had at Clearwater. Just a couple of minor things. The toaster would not work unless you held the lever down when making toast. Not a big deal but maybe needs looking at. The ice maker does not work but maybe this is by design in case someone would leave without turning it off. Again not a big deal we just used the cube trays. Also there was no vacuum. We like to vacuum before we leave. My husband was taught that when you borrow or use something that belongs to someone else you always leave or return it in the same or better condition than it was when you received it. Again no big deal. We'll definitely be back. You can bet on it. We love the place!!!!!

The condo we stayed in was new to us this year because the one we were in it for years was not available through Bender. We stayed in the condo next to that one and it had been upgraded and remodeled-it was gorgeous panoramic views of the beach and just an overall fabulous stay!

This condo was the best we have ever stayed in. We have three kids ages 7, 6, and 1 and the hallway bunks were perfect for my big kiddos while the baby got the second bedroom. The pocket door provided privacy so adults could stay up and not wake the kiddos sleeping in the hallway. This condo location was perfect and had everything we needed. I will say the cooking utensils and pans could use updating as they are very well worn. The master bed also could use a replacement mattress, but it was doable for a short stay. We will be back with our kiddos to the same property the next time we come. Was perfect for us!

This place was the perfect stay for us to celebrate two years of marriage! Loved how the beach was just right across the street and so close to everything else like the hangout, restaurants, and shops. Hope to be able to stay again in the future! :)

This condo was the perfect getaway for a few days. The balcony view is absolutely stunning day and night. You have plenty of space to sit in the shade or sun, as well as plenty of seating. As other reviews say there is an access door to the balcony, but it can be locked from the balcony side to secure the condo. It was nice and clean with plenty of indoor seating and comfy beds. The beach is a very short walk with a nice walkway to use. It was also never crowded at this location as it is the last condo before the state park/pier. 10/10 would go back again!

The place was perfect! We were a few steps from the lagoon and beach with a pool right outside our door. The house was clean and inviting. The location is just minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Hosts and staff were amazing and friendly!

Electrical plugs need changing ,anything you plug into them just fall out other than that a great place to stay. Need more umbrellas and chairs on beach for this condo 5 are not enough but y’all might not have any control over that. Again our stay was great.

Kleine, aber sehr feine und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Waren mit 2 Kindern (5 & 8) in der Unterkunft, es war völlig ausreichend und auch den Kids hat es richtig gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung weiter.

Condo was just as described. Loved the fact that it’s a smaller building. Parking was not an issue, nor was waiting for an elevator. There’s a place to store your beach chairs, toys, etc just inside the parking garage. We had a great vacation and the condo was perfect for our needs!

Well maintained and very convenient with teenagers being close to The Hangout. Also very secure if you come with small children. You have to have a key to get to the pool and to access the beach.

The location was perfect. It is on the less crowded side of the beach with plenty of room. There was a nice beach vendor that rented chairs and umbrellas. We loved that it was next door to the state park. We brought our bikes and rode many miles on the trails. we also rode to everything else like dinner.
The condo was clean and very cozy for my husband and I. The only reason I didn't give the cleanliness 5 stars was that I don't think they regularly mop the floors. My feet were black from walking barefoot.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. We had easy access to the beach and the lagoon. Heron Landing is a quiet and friendly community. The kids loved the pool. We are definitely planning on staying here again next year.

The location was excellent. The balcony had spectacular views, you could see dolphins swimming by. The property had security 24/7. I didn’t revive the email for checkin but the management company was very helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed. I would stay here again.
