This property was amazing!!!! The set up was great with essentially 3 master areas. Perfect for many different travelers dynamics- MIL-babysitter-3 couples… the decorations were cool and calming and the kitchen dishes and pots and pans etc top notch. Usually you get the bottom of the barrel cookie trays. Not this place. 6 stars.

The condo was great. We like being able to go straight to the beach, which is right where we were. Close to all the restaurants and shops, just walking distance from anything.

Wir drei haben zum ersten Mal in der Region Allgäu Urlaub gemacht - und gleich wieder für nächstes Jahr vorgemerkt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für zwei Wochen braucht. Aber Achtung für Leute, die größer als 1,90 Meter sind. Niedriger Deckenbalken! Einziges Manko: Das Internet funktionierte bei uns in der Wohnung sehr unregelmäßig - aber guter Empfang auf dem Platz der Feuerwehr... Die Wirtin ist sehr nett und die Tochter kam abends auch rüber und wir hatten ein paar schöne Abende auf dem Balkon. 13 Tage Sonne am Stück (!) im Juni sind natürlich nicht garantiert für 2024 - aber die Gegend ist schon gesegnet mit tollen Zielen: Ausgebauter Iller-Radweg auf ca. 50 km, tolle Seen in der Nähe und so viele Bergbahnen, dass wir in 2 Wochen nicht alle geschafft haben. Höhepunkt: Die Fahrt ins Kleinwalsertal. Ein wirklich geniales Bergpanorama Richtung Schweiz und Österreich. Gut, dass der Blitz am Abend vorher in die andere Bergbahn eingeschlagen hatte und wir uns kurzfristig für diesen Berg umentscheiden mussten... Leider ein sehr steiler Abstieg ins Tal! Für Kinder und Ältere kaum geeignet. Tipps für Neulinge: Sepplwirt im Nachbardorf Winkel beim Eingang zur Klamm. Und natürlich die große Breitachklamm, der glasklare Alpsee, dazu der Coaster mit der längsten Strecke in Deutschland auf der anderen Straßenseite und die Fußgängerzone in Sonthofen, wo keine Geschäfte leerstehen. 2024, wir kommen wieder!

Elevator was broken a couple of times , but it was fixed same day

First time staying in a condo. I usually prefer beach houses but booked this last minute. Clean and decorated very cute. The patio has a great view of the ocean. My kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Very easy access to the beach. However it was super crowded given the holiday weekend. Bender Realty was very easy and nice to book with, they made the check in process super easy. Would stay again if I go the condo route.

Our stay at Bender properties was outstanding! The cindo we rented was clean and very accomodating! All the women who helped with our stay and any question I had were very helpful and super polite. We ended up staying an extra night and they were so nice and always prompt with communications. I would highly recommend booking with Bender to anyone traveling to Gulf Shores!

Great location. Pool is a few steps from the beach and access to renting umbrella and chairs. Washer and dryer a plus and kitchen was well equipped.

We were a little confused checking in (our fault) but when we figured it out it was smooth sailing. We picked up our packet and they even offered to let us change clothes in their bathroom so we could enjoy the pool/beach while we waited for our room to be ready. When we got to our room (which was within the quoted time) we were amazed. From the minute we walked inside we felt that this would be a very different vacation. The condo immediately felt like home. The balcony view was amazing! Beach/Oceanfront just as described. The balcony was so roomy and had plenty of furniture for everyone to sit out there together.The fully equipped kitchen was great with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, pantry space, dishwasher, and a full size refrigerator. I believe it even had a Crock-Pot and electric griddle although we didn't use those.The wagon, beach chairs and beach umbrellas were in great shape and very convenient. We've rented condos before where they were provided but ended up being broken or you needed a tetanus shot before using. However, these were great and we definitely didn't need to bring our own.The washer/dryer were so convenient. Next time, we will pack WAY less clothes but it's such an awesome feeling not having mountains of laundry waiting for you when you get home.The pool/beach were great! They never felt overcrowded. We spent all day and most evenings at the beach. It was so family friendly!We had never been to Gulf Shores so we didn't know what to expect. It was a little too far for us to walk to the Parkway where all the main shopping/restaurants/activities were, but a hop in the car took us no more than 20mins to get anywhere we wanted. We didn't run into much stopped traffic at all.We absolutely loved our experience at Gulf Shores an

We rented condos 3b, 9b, 10b, 11b, 12b, 13b, 14b, and 15b! Condos were pretty clean (a little sand it in floor understandable! Several of the condos had an order like burnt bacon in them when we walked in. After spraying Lysol and air freshener the smell went away. We had a blast and the condos were perfect for us. Beds were comfy and condos were nice and cool. A couple of the condos decoration were mix and match but didn’t bother us. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was very clean and just steps away from the beach. It really is the most adorable set up with the decks. We were there with several other families and everyone really liked their units. The beach was gorgeous the week we were there. It was my favorite beach vacation, yet. Just a great experience in every way.
