Peaceful and easy to book. We actually booked an extra day as well! Bender made the price good and the stay wonderful. We'll be back again!

It was roomy with comfortable beds. Plenty of covered parking and a great fish cleaning table ( we fished offshore every day).
The stairs into the house are not covered and it rained a lot while we were there. It does not have a clear path to the beach. It was very wet and grassy.

It had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. Although upon arrival the towels were dirty in the washer so i had to wash them. That was my only issue. The light did flicker in the small bathroom in the shower area. All in all a good stay.

Everything was great. We had everything we needed for our stay, from beach chairs, beach towels, the only drawback is that the beaches are private, it's very annoying not being able to cross the street and get to the beach, we had to walk to get to the beach public, but obviously it is not your fault. everything else was great.

The location was perfect. Communication with management through the whole process was exceptional. Clean condo, spacious, pool area and courtyard was so gorgeous! Will definitely be a repeat costumer. I love the way the balconies are set up in the front. Enough space to have your own area, but also a “community” atmosphere. We also had our own small private balcony out of a bedroom. Literally nothing to gripe about. The people that run this place are top notch. You won’t regret it! ☺️

Great! We love the Sandpaper and have been coming for several years. This was our first stay in 12B and it was wonderful! All of the updates were fantastic! The only thing I wish is that we would have been made aware of the beach situation before our arrival. I know it’s not your fault by all means, it just would have been nice to receive communication before our arrival that canopies/tents were not allowed in the vicinity, that way we would not have packed our canopy (which takes up a good deal of space) and we would have brought our umbrellas. Luckily our unit had some umbrellas in the closet for us to use which was much appreciated!

Loved the location, close to everything! Condo was clean, had EVERYTHING we needed (fan, beach chairs, beach toys, games) to make our stay at the beach easy! We had an issue with one of the tenants on another floor and the person who was in charge of the HOA for that condo was the one that actually called in the issue, so we felt safe staying there. Bender reality was amazing, some of the nicest people I have worked with and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend staying at 105 and working with bender reality!

Clean, nice. Enjoyed it. No complaints except that changed door code long before check out and had to get another code. Other than that great. They worked with us to be able to stay an extra night by moving to another condo. Very nice people to work with.

Our stay at the condo was great. Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked. All beds were very comfortable. Access to the beach was simple to find and less than a 3 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

My recent 5-night, 6-day stay at The Gulf Tower in Gulf Shores was an enjoyable, leaving us with fond memories of a relaxing beach getaway. From the moment we checked in, the process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Mac, the adorable and super-friendly white lab, who made the office visits even more delightful. The condo itself had its ups and downs, but overall, it provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Upon entering the condo, I noticed that it was a bit smaller than what the pictures had portrayed, but it was still decent and had a welcoming feel to it. The first bedroom, featuring a trundle bed with a full bed on top and a twin bed below, was a practical space-saving solution. I appreciated the design of the bed, allowing for extra space when not in use. The only downside was the limited lighting, with some of the lamps not functioning correctly, and light pouring in from the outside hallway, but it didn't hinder our stay significantly. However, it's worth mentioning that our stay coincided with some construction activity, which led to some inconvenience. The limited operational elevator caused occasional waiting times, especially during peak hours. One point of contention was the strictness regarding parking warnings. While we displayed our parking tag, we received a warning due to a minor visibility issue. I’d recommend you stay at Gulf Tower for a beach getaway.

Everything about this stay was great. Parking was easy to in and out of. Room was very clean. Had a pool and very easy to get on and off the beach. Had grills in case you wanted to grill. Was convenient to restaurants, convenient store, coffee shop and Ice cream shop. Will definitely book again if we choose Gulf Shores.

The location was great! The condo was very clean and the access to the beach and pool was very convenient.
The bed in the master bedroom was
like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The window in the master bedroom needs so dark out curtains. Other than that it was terrific! These were the only things we could see wrong within the condo.

My brother and I stayed in Clearwater Condos while visiting another sibling. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot! The view was amazing. The walk to the beach was perfect and so close. I would 100% stay again!
Needs to be updated a bit more and there was only one roll of toilet paper, could have used extra.
All-in-all, a great stay!

I don’t typically leave reviews but we loved this house. There were 8 of us and it was set up so that we weren’t all on top of each other. Very clean on the inside. Probably the first beach house I’ve ever been in that didn’t have sand everywhere before we even got there. The pool was nice and clean. We did have an issue with the ladder from the previous guests but vacasa got it fixed for us same day. The only other issue we had was the upstairs a/c stopped working because the drain was clogged and tripped it off. But again, vacasa got the issue resolved same day. If you’re looking for a house that’s clean, close to the beach, and a grocery store/ seafood store/ice cream shop, and has a pool this is the one!

Location of the complex was great. The location of the room in the complex was great. The room was clean and the staff at Bender Realty were a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed our stay even though it was only 4 days.

We booked 8 condos for the USSSA National Championship. The property was small enough to allow the families to be together and for our kids to be safe. Parking was so easy and no long waits for elevators. We enjoyed our stay!

This was my daughters first trip to the beach. I was wanting it to be a good family vacation. Although, others did not make it. It was a great trip. The staff at bender were very helpful. Even trying to find us a church for Sunday when we departed. If and when i go back to Gulf shores again. I will be renting there, or with them again. Could not ask for a better staff. Regards, Roger
