Everything was just like pictures showed, we arrived a couple hours earlier than check in when we called they made sure everything was cleaned and ready and were able to get us the code within 15 minutes. Beach access is right across the street, convenience store/restaurant/ice cream shop across the street. Great place to stay!

The property is clean and the staff is super friendly. The condo itself has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend Sandpiper to friends and family!

Great location. Beach was lovely, very nice pool. Comfortable balcony with plenty of seating. Condo came well equipped with anything a family would need. Check in and check out process was easy. Very accommodating hosts. We all highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have no complaints about our stay at SummerChase 602. The condo is absolutely beautiful. Decorated so beachy and comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The master bedroom has large window and glass door so that you are surrounded by beach. It is ocean front so you can see the entire beach.There is a walkway that takes you to the white sand. This walkway was very helpful for me (84 years).The front desk people and night security man were so friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we extended our stay!We were there during Mardi Gras and experienced it from our back balcony.

You simply cannot beat the location of this property. It opens up beautifully to views of the beach / ocean. No need to cross any street to access the beach, just take the elevator down and walk out. I could see my kids playing on the shore while I sipped coffee on the balcony. It worked perfectly for our family vacation and we will come again!

This year we saw dolphins from the deck and even got a glimpse of the teo whales in the vicinity! The unit is comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated having a deadbolt on the door. Had an issue with the washer and it was resolved very efficiently. We love the location, the exterior is well maintaned and tidy, we received excellent customer service. We have recommended this property to others and are returnig next year. Great location for a stroll along the beach or a walk on the walking trail a block away. We enjoyed our time at the Sandpiper!

Place looked exactly like the pictures & the beach was walking distance which was a plus since we have little kids. Great communication from the host! Definitely recommend.

Things are always updated.. building could use come extra care. Inside Pool lighting at night very poor and outdoor pool no longer heated. No assigned parking spots.

The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed except a hair dryer but that was no big deal. The condo was quiet and convenient. Loved everything! Definitely will stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars!

Walkway yo beach was convenient. Be sure to bring beach towels, extra TP and paper towels, as well as coffee filters and coffee. BenderRealty was easy to work with and close to condo.

Cozy low-key getaway for senior couple with beautiful views of beach and ocean. Short drive to restaurants, shopping, and Gulf Shores Beach. This unit could use a little freshening up, but it was clean and comfortable for us.

The condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. There were lots of towels and the bed was very comfortable. Bender Realty was very easy to work with. I can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our condo. The decor was beautiful. I recommend getting some coasters to sit around to keep people from putting their drinks differently on the furniture. The bathroom connected to the master bedroom needs a new commode. It is old, discolored and very low to the floor. It needs to be handicap accessible. Otherwise everything was great!!

Great condo: well stocked, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Loved being on the second floor with beautiful view. Quieter side of Gulf Shores which was very much appreciated. Very easy to get anywhere.

We have stayed in several units at Royal Palms (all of which have been wonderful) but this unit was the best of all! Everything is just as described and pictured, and the views of the beach from the beach facing balcony to the side wrap around were the greatest. The unit itself was spacious and well organized. We felt right at home the minute we walked down the long hallway to the living room. Absolutely wonderful!!!

We had a great trip!! The staff at Bender were very friendly and helpful. The condo is in a great location. Steps away from a beautiful beach. The place was nice and clean and well equipped. We enjoyed many hours relaxing on the balcony and walking along the beach. We hope to return yearly.

Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook and easy access to restaurants if you don’t. 2 king beds are a plus. Bender is very helpful.
