Check in was painless with no delays. Property was very clean and in order. Balcony doors were open to the beautiful ocean views when we walked into front door and very inviting. I would highly recommend Edgewater 62 for a family vacation and we will definitely be booking same property soon for next family vacation back to gulf shores Coast!!

Great balcony view to the beach in small building. Loved how the beach was not overcrowded!! Great walking distance to the HUB, shopping and tons of activities. We will definitely be back! Great stay for the price. So much AMAZING and affordable seafood joints !! We ate out every night and didn’t break the bank.

A beautifully furnished condo - tasteful decor, comfortable beds and bedding, nice outdoor furniture on balcony, well-equipped kitchen with newer appliances, full size washer and dryer, large newer TVs with Dish TV and a full range of channels, including SiriusXM music channels. The Zero-entry pool is large, clean, and very nice with "sun sails" providing some welcome areas of shade. 3 elevators are very fast. Plenty of parking. Appreciated the visible security presence. Only issues - the sliding door to the patio from the living room wasn't working properly, but the other sliding door from the master bedroom worked fine. It would be helpful to provide a stepladder. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful dishes and glassware, but the kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling, making the top cabinets impossible to reach. The balcony isn't as private as some due to being a corner unit - and there were some noisy neighbors at the building next door - but the open end allows for more breezes, which were welcome. The Sea and Suds restaurant just down the beach has a loudspeaker that is used constantly to announce when various tables are ready; that is very annoying - someone should contact them about this. Other than these small things, this truly is the best condo I've rented in over 30 years of summer visits to Gulf Shores. Eager to return!

The Reinsch Family (28 members) first visited Sandpiper 15 years ago and fell in love with Gulf Shores and particularly this condo complex. Many family members have traveled back for a week's visit over the years since. This year, the entire family (now totaling 51 members) visited once again. We had a great time and hope to visit again in 2024!

Having 3 bathrooms was the best feature of all! The property location was excellent. Some things about the condo need to be updated but it's nice and BIG. Very different from some of the newer condos with tiny bedrooms. Kitchen very well supplied. Plenty of pots, pans, silver ware, etc.

Condo nice, clean, beautiful balcony views, weather was perfect. There was no oven mit, only 2 hot pads, so, i bought and oven mit and scouring pad and left there. The bed was comfirtable, except it sloped diwn on one side. And only part of a roll if toilet paper was there. The pool was great, easy beach access, one of the elevators quit working, but fixed next day. Parking was good, air worked, plenty of seating, nice bathroom and friendly folks at Bender realty.

Directly on the beach! The front door is about 50 yards from the water. Perfect views. Condo has everything you could need, even some beach toys. Beds were comfortable and furnishings are charming. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Hoses for rinsing sand were conveniently located and the valet carts were a thoughtful touch. Couldn't hear other guests and quiet hours were respected. The rental office is only 1/4 mi away, on the way to the unit. This was a really great stay and we are already planning next year!

We loved that we were able to bring our dog, the beach in front of the condo (and all of Gulf Shores beaches) unfortunately isn’t dog friendly but there are plenty of other places to take them and we had a blast having ours on vacation with us. Our condo was super clean when we arrived, it was very comfy and we were so close to the water we loved it. We’ll hopefully be staying here again!

We took a last minute quick trip before school started. Gulf Shores is one of our favorite places to visit. The girls quickly gave the house the nickname "big city green" after the cartoon. The access to the beach couldn't have been better. We loved not having to share the area with anyone so no noisy neighbors banging around on top of us or beside us. The house is small but we only slept and showered. The rest of our time we spent it out. For the price, I couldn't complain either! We would come back, in fact we are planning on it for next year. The staff were wonderful and kind. They checked in on us, gave us all the information we needed to contact them after hours and even anticipated our needs. Our family of 4 received the rest and relaxation we desperately needed. Thank you for making this such a great destination.
