I was very pleased with our vacation rental experience. Our condo was ready early and we were notified on our drive. We were sent text after we checked in to see if we everything was good. I replied that we had several light bulbs out in one bathroom and they responded quickly.

We met our son, daughter in law, and 3 grandsons for an end of summer get together. The property was perfect. The 3 boys, ages 7 through 11, played all morning in the pool and on the beach. In the afternoon there are many close attractions to enjoy. At the end of the day we all went out for a family dinner. The Caribbean is the perfect location for families, right on the beach and close to everything.

We rented two condos for our family of 16. Number 316, and number 416 right above it. The condos were great with the most beautiful and unobstructed views of the ocean, perfect for mornings on the balcony. It was literally just a few yards from the building to where we put up our tent right on the beach.So convenient for the grandkids who were constantly running in and out to grab snacks or beach toys. And the building is only four floors so it was easy taking the stairs if you didn’t want to wait for the elevator. The grandkids also loved the pool. The condo themselves were very roomy with three bedrooms and two baths and a large dining and living room area. Everything we needed in the kitchen for making all of our meals including huge pasta pots for spaghetti night and shrimp boil night. The condos were clean and well-maintained and located in walking distance to a convenience mart and very short drives to restaurants and surf shops. We would recommend to any families looking for a condo right on the beach

We weren’t able to get cell service except in both bedrooms. We use Verizon and that wasn’t the problem. And the only other thing is both bathrooms needed more deep cleaning. The master has mold behind shower curtain and the baseboards in master were terribly dirty. They need to be cleaned. Thanks

Good location to go to the Beach. There is only one Pool which could be a little bigger, but it was fine.Some titles in the Condo are cracked but OK. The Kitchen was missing the Dust Pan and a Can Opener. The Big Lamp in the second bedroom had a broken switch, but there was a little Lamp I could use. The second bedroom has a Balcony, but the chairs were broken and unusable. The Elevator broke once, but was quickly fixed.

Checkin was easy. Rental was clean. Only complaint is the master bedroom mattress is sagging needs to be replaced. We would both roll to the middle of the bed!

The condo was very clean and tidy, had everything we need wish they did provide more garbage bags but i understand.. the pool was awesome was kept very clean wish there was a better spot to take the dig out but we managed.. we brought our own umbrella and wasnt crazy about the rentals taking up the beach area in front of the condi, overall it was a nice time and the Bender staff was so helpful

My Twin Sister & I stayed in this wonderful condo. It was so convenient!! Parking was very close to elevators. Clean condo, bed is very comfortable and we loved having the screen door to balcony so we could hear the ocean! We enjoyed the indoor pool very much! This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we will definitely be back to book this very same condo again!!! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Book this. You will not be disappointed!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club, #309A. The updated unit was clean and decorated very tastefully. The resort has easy access to the beach, and the sunsets over Little Lagoon were wonderful. The unit location is close to the elevator, so check-in/check-out was very easy. And the pool area was lovely; nicely landscaped and can’t beat the great fishing pier. We enjoyed sitting on the pier almost as much as sitting on the beach!

I was impressed with this property from the parking garage all the way to check in. Once in our condo I was beyond impressed it was everything it listed and more. Not one thing needed fixed or called about. I have been telling everyone how wonderful this condo is. I just can’t say enough. Thank you for letting us stay

We had a wonderful time In Alabama! The rooms were beautiful! The view was absolutely amazing and the beautiful decor just set the tone for the week! The balcony was wonderful to sit on enjoy the sounds of the ocean. We had a really good time and look forward to returning next year!
