Such a beautiful condo! We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores for years and this has been the nicest condo we have stayed in yet. Lots of room, comfortable furniture, and quality appliances. Hope the owners decide to rent for the winter in the future!

We had a fabulous time! The weather wasn’t the best but there’s so much to see and do down here, that we stayed busy every day. So many restaurants to chose from and within walking distance. Having the indoor heated pool was an added plus for our grandkids. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and the million dollar views from the balcony can’t be beat!! We will for sure be back!!

This is is our fifth year renting this condo. This year we were thrilled to find the unit had been very tastefully updated. Fresh paint throughout, new beds in the guest bedroom, both bathrooms updated, and a new kitchen sink. Most of the furniture is new and new interior doors and.hardware have been installed. There were new ceiling fans and all outlets and light switches had been replaced. It’s just perfect for us, we’ve already rebooked for next year.

This is a wonderful condo! Furniture is the most comfortable we’ve had yet in 9 years coming to Gulf Shores! The appliances are top notch! Especially the washer and dryer! I’m usually concerned with washing my new clothes in the usual washers, but this was a much better experience! Thank you Bender for helping us to get this unit. We are very disappointed we can’t rent next year! Please let us know if the owners change their mind about renting for the winter.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was perfect for 2 people. There were additional bunk beds tucked into the hallway wall if needed for additional guests. We enjoyed the balcony. The weather was rainy, stormy and just a little chilly - so we used the balcony most of the time and enjoyed the view despite the weather!

Gulf shores is pretty quiet during the winter, but this house was perfect for a quiet getaway. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The fridge was big enough for food/drinks/etc. The location was close enough for affordable uber rides. Other reviews mentioned to bring blankets since the beds don't have comforters, that is still true. The only thing is, and it's not the fault of the house, there's a dredging pipe from the canal nearby that runs in front of the house. It wasn't a problem for my group, but it may interrupt views if it's still there during the beach season. Other than that though, the beach and view is great. I'd definitely come back.

Working with Solux was a great experience. They were always prompt with notifications and any questions I had about the property. Check-in and check-out were amazingly easy. The property had an amazing view and had a spacious living, dining and kitchen. Worked great for our family of 10. We would difinitely use them again.

Cute little cottage with everything you need for a getaway. Very convenient location to the attractions and State Park with bicycle lanes right in front of the cottage so you can leave your car parked and explore the town. The beach is within a one minute walk to beach.Everything was clean and ready for your stay, would definitely stay again.

We arrived 1 day earlier than expected and rather than stay in a local hotel and move in on the first day of January, I called the Bender Realtor, Lizzie, and she said our unit was clean and ready for our 2 month stay. So easy to work with this company. Our unit was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Bender Realty was definitely easy to work with. I received texts and emails informing us of various things that were helpful to know. The only downside of the condo was the elevator was out when we arrived. 6 flights of stairs for 70+years of age folks was tough carrying up luggage. To their credit Bender did offer to send someone over to help. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return there next year.

Overall the stay was amazing, i wasn't aware it was a 2 apartment house. Im not sure if i overlooked that in the listing. Also the property would be above and beyond if the backyard was cared for and maintained. We had an issue with plumbing but the owner was there pretty fast which was pleasant. Will definitely come back and stay again.
