3rd time here. Each condo has been clean and ready go to. Called about an appliance and it was fixed same day. Staff at Bender Realty always prompt, helpful and kind. We will reserve for next year for sure. Direct beach views and access is the best. Highly recommended.

The house is beautiful and just walking distance to the beach. The pool was perfect you can change the light colors so it was great at night. The location is just private enough to feel like you’re away on an island but you can drive 20 minutes and you’re in the Gulf Shore shopping center and crowd. We loved everything about this place. We will definitely be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bemder's. We stayed booked 4 nights and were offered a 5th, and we gladly accepted. The condo is right on the beach, and is a great location. It is within walking distance to several top restaurants...we recommend Coastal and Carvers! The place was clean and large. it had everything that we needed to make ourselves at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend the place. It is a bit far from town so it may be helpful to have a car or bike. The place was well kept and the host was extremely responsive.

We did enjoy are stay, we love the Sandpiper and its location. Our condo is a little dated but furniture was clean and comfortable. We had several light bulbs burn out when we were there but Bender staff was prompt to replace them. The can spot lights above the table need to be replaced. We purchased the linen service but the kitchen dish towels and dish cloth were actually bathroom towels. The bath towels were also pretty worn with exception of one. We have already booked for next year and look forward to our stay in Gulf Shores.

The unit was clean, and in a good location. We enjoyed being only a couple minutes from everything. Close to gulf shores restaurants and close to orange beach restaurants. The only thing I wish was different is that there was a comfy seat on the balcony. But other than that, it had everything we needed.

The condo was clean and bad everything we needed. The only quirk was a very small master bath but we didn’t mind it. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

We could see the gulf from our balcony. Watching dolphins right from our room was great.
Bender properties staff was very nice.
Parking is convenient.
Basic supplies are extremely limited so plan on buying kitchen staples upon arrival.
Bed was quite comfortable. Pullout sofa mattress, which wasn’t used, appeared lumpy.
Would gladly stay here again.

Rental was beautiful, well stocked kitchen & clean. The washing machine broke but Bender addressed the issue promptly. A new machine was needed & arrived as soon as it could be located. We were offered laundering services if needed.

This vacation rental was located in a great area for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We definitely enjoyed the unit and the activities in this area.Being across from the elevator was a bit noisy but easy access to our unit. The roller carts were definitely a plus for luggage and groceries!

The property was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, and in a good location. We loved the sunroom which allowed us to view the ocean from the balcony even on cold days. There were a few minor issues that arose and Bender Realty was extremely quick at rectifying them. We were very, very pleased. We would definitely feel comfortable, renting the property again.
