The condo was clean and roomy, right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. There were several families in the complex and they were respectful of the property. We stayed during Spring Break and there wasn’t any real partying where we were, which was nice! We would stay here again!

Beautiful spacious condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy quiet time at night but close enough to walk to restaurants and the shops! We had the best time and were able to relax all week. We can’t wait to come back.

Amazing location and everything is brand new! The beach is steps away, the view is breathtaking. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was beyond convenient! The only issue we had was the WiFi, but it was fixed the second day and good the feast of our stay.

The Caribbean offered a quiet atmosphere for a 4 day weekend on the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked most of our meals there. The property was impeccably clean and management was very responsive. A great ecperience.

They were very responsive to a couple of issues/concerns on our stay. Very helpful and welcoming as we had some personal issues arise on arrival. The condo was just like the photos. The bathrooms were very clean. The key fab for pool and beach access was nice touch. The pull out bed from the couch was also nice. To cold while we were there to use the extra beach items provided, but will be nice for summer vacationers⛱️. The main bed was not comfortable, but maybe I am partial to my bed at home. I always bring my own toilet paper, trashbags and dishsoap etc... but items were provided. The well wishes home were a nice welcome as well. ❤️

Great condo! The main reason for staying at this condo was we wanted a view of the beach and the Gulf. My wife loved it! The condo its self was the perfect size and was very welcoming and had comfy furniture. The main bed exceeded my expectations by far. I had no issues falling asleep at all and staying asleep. Elevator wasn’t working the first day we arrived but they quickly had it up and running the next day. All around a great stay. Nothing to do with the condo or Bender but there was a shooting while we were in the area at the “Hangout”. I guess this also happened the year before the same exact weekend. This isn’t that far from the condo and right near all the shops and restaurants. Just a heads up that’s all. We all want to get home at the end of the day!!

Overall, our stay was great! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The location was nice in that we could walk just about everywhere.
The downside of the location had more to do with Spring Break than anything. Being right on E Beach Blvd meant that we were obliged to listen to every Spring Breaker in the area with a loud truck or car constantly cruising up and down the strip.
Being next door to an all night Waffle House meant that they would congregate in the parking lot and rev their engines…this happened until 2:00 am on the last 3 nights we were there.
This unit is on the same side of the complex as Waffle House, so there was really no escape.
I would definitely come back, and use this unit. It is very nice and a fair price. But I would not come back during the weeks of Spring Break.

Such a cute and relaxing condo. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil and pot needed! There was plenty of room for us and the veranda was awesome for morning coffee or evening drinks. Everyone at the condos were kind and helpful. Bender Realty was only a text or phone call away when we had a question. The best part was the State Park was next door so we were not surrounded by other condos. We will definitely stay there again!!!

This unit is in a great location. The beach is accross the street. The elevator is right outside the door. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed staying there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Glass 214. The condo was very clean, nice and new furnishings, clean bedding and very uncluttered and neat. There was plenty of room for our family and it was a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Staying at Sandpiper at the beach was such a wonderful experience. Our place was serene, and I felt a sense of community with fellow snowbirds. My place on the third floor was perfect for us. Our unit was well furnished with all of the amenities we needed. The only downside was the garbage truck at the building next to ours. The truck came 3 days a week between 4:30a-5:30a! I had to wear earplugs on some nights to get rest. However, I made the necessary adjustments and was able to have a blessed vacation!

Really enjoyed my solo get away stay. The place was exactly (if not better) as described. The location couldn’t be beat. I really appreciated the host sending intermittent texts to check in and see how things were going. Definitely recommend!

We have had a wonderful experience booking our Beach Rental through Bender! We loved the condo and of course the location. We were just a few steps to Snow White Sand and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and a few steps in the other direction to a wonderful dock on Little Lagoon. Our condo had all the amenities we needed for the perfect beach vacation. The entire complex we stayed in was well taken care of including the swimming pool. We can’t wait to return!!

Worked well for my kids and I for a three night trip. Loved the balcony design with option to close the doors are keep them open. We ate several meals on the balcony enjoying the view of the beach. Reasonable rates even during Spring Break. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
