Nice clean place in a good location! Super easy to check in/out. Beautiful beach views from the balcony. Really close to the hangout. The bed was more plushy than firm. Only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels were provided.

Everything was great about our trip. The kids had a blast, loved the pool! Very accurately described and we had everything we needed for the perfect family beach trip!

We were surprised when we walked in that it had been redecorated and had some new furniture. It was beautiful! We love it there and can't wait to return!

I truly enjoyed the condo it was beautiful and the host is very easy to communicate with. It was some trouble with the elevator ( not just the expected repairs), it slowed my trip down some but we still enjoyed. It was nothing that the host could have done to change that situation. Will definitely like to stay again.

Our friends family have been coming here for 20 years, so glad we took their advice. We had a great week with friends - a “last hurrah” as a family before last kid heads to college. We have been in this condo building for eight years and love the location, close access to the beach and the view. Bender really does a great job with its customer service. The reps answer all my questions and they always have the condo ready for us when we roll into town.

The condo was spacious and the appliances were newer ones. The only downfall was the elevator was down for more than a day and being on the 8th floor it was a major inconvenience. Overall would definitely come back and stay in the same condo!!

It was exactly how the pictures looked online. The condo itself was very clean and so was the property overall. Very easy access to the condo, wonderful beach access, pools were great. We had no complaints!! We would stay again.

peaceful condo..right on the beach...beds are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on....very nice and updated...cable TV and a large balcony...lots of room for large family

Großartige Umgebung, sehr ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dennoch auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Ausstattung einfach aber funktional, es fehlte an nichts! Sogar Handtuchwechsel wurde uns angeboten, obwohl wir nur eine Wocheda waren. Wir werden wieder kommen, vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach and wonderful view. The property is at a great location. Close to the state park and 59. Only issue would be the sofa bed in the living room. The mattress is old and you can feel the springs. Bunk beds need to be for little kids.

Impressive view from the balcony made this very special. Clean and comfortable. Easy parking & door code check-in. Liked the Romar Tower because it was only 9 floors- made for very quick elevators & easy parking!

The balcony is extra large which was wonderful.Suggestions- one bedroom ceiling fan needs attention, kitchen needs large frying pan. It would be nice to have extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and some Lysol wipes.

The house if very nice. A bathroom for every Bedroom. it's open and very nice. Usually you go and you have to figure out how everyone could squeeze in, We didn't have that problem here. I would recommend it

Great place to stay. We loved listening to the waves from the interior balcony, using the pool which was heated during our visit, and easy access to the beach. Property is a little dated but provided all the amenities we needed for our stay. Bender was responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to returning!

Great place! Fort Morgan is the perfect spot out of the chaos to relax by the beach:) Pool was tons of fun and lots of wildlife to wake up to in the morning:)

We had a great time staying at summerchase! Very comfortable and quiet complex. We were also offered an extra night at a discounted rate which was great! Will definitely be back.
