The property was wonderful, the space was great. But the people before us left things broken. We felt bad that you guys had no idea things were not working. But you guys fixed everything, and we thank you for that. But the dryer really did not dry well at all.

I really enjoyed my stay, but we rented another house with a pool, and halfway through, we discovered that wasn't the one we stayed in. They put us up in a house without a pool. And, with a five-day stay, there was supply reservation of basic items like toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent.

Condo was very nice, clean and comfortable,and the view was beautiful i sat out on the balcony and watched the dolphins come through early in the morning, I highly recommend staying here, everyone was very helpful and nice.

Binder made sure we had everything we need to check in. The place was super nice and clean. When we found stuff tore up we called them and they took care of it right away. We would rent from them again.

Overall, the condo was nicely furnished and having the owner to provide two chairs and umbrella on the beach was a plus! I would definitely stay at that condo again.

My stay was last minute and I was able to book a lovely unit on the Gulf. Everything was lovely - my check in was simple, the unit was clean and so cute! Thank you, Bender Vacation Rentals for a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper. The condo was big and roomy. The description provided in the AirB&B details were accurate.
We really loved the fact that with just a few steps we were directly on the beach without having to access a long boardwalk. The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, this was a great condo and we would definitely book a stay again!

Perfect for a family getaway. One of the main reasons we chose this condo was because of the balcony and it didn't disappoint. Great communication from the rental management company. Parasailing right there on the beach.

The house was exactly what we expected. Nothing too luxury but didn’t feel gross. The staff was quick to respond to any issues or requests. The walk to the beach was a little further than we realized because every condo on the beach is for guests only. If there was a way to get a guest pass to one, that would be a huge plus.

The only suggestion I have is that you tell the renters where they need to park, because an owner put a paper on our car saying it would get a boot put on it, if we didn't move it. We were not told where to park and that we shouldn't park in owner parking.

Great time. Caught perfect weather. TV a little confusing luckily we had a geek with us. If instructions were present didn't find them. Bedding probably needs updating for comfort.

Started out super excited. The unit has a priceless oceanfront view right on the beach. But.... The unit was dirty from the first day (towels, bedsheets, and toilet seat had hair on them). Furthermore, the sofa pullout bed had black spots all over the sheets. Our family of 4 ended up sleeping on the same bed the entire trip (which the king size mattress was so uncomfortable). A new cleaning company is suggested! Bender realty did provide us with new towels and sheets. However, they mentioned some compensation back to us for the troubles, but we never got any money back at all. No communication back from Bender Realty.Overall, my family would NOT recommend this unit.

The condo worked out great for my family, it was very close to the beach. We had a great time there. There were lots of shower areas to clean the sand off when returning from the beach. Parking was not a problem.

Our condo was everything it said it would be. We did not have any problems while on this stay. I was. Little worried about having to walk past other condo rooms but it was actually not bad at all. I think it would be a great place for groups to get together and stay in rooms next to each other. Was a very nice and easy walk to the beach. Pool was so nice to have with 2 boys.
The only thing I wish our condo had was maybe some Tupperware for leftovers when you cooked that you could re heat to eat. and maybe a pitcher or two if wanting to make a gallon of something to drink. Lots of stuff in kitchen to use. Plenty of seating. Huge table big enough for 8 people nicely.. And a very pretty view of the ocean from our room.

My large family felt right at home. This house was perfect for us both in size and comfort. We will plan to stay here again, next time we are in Gulf Shores.
