It was exactly as shown. Very nice little place and worked well for our family and our stay there. The view and the beach access were awesome especially with our little one. We didn’t have to carry beach stuff very far.
Our only complaints would be that the bathrooms are very small and laundry too small to wash sheets off the king bed.

This place is amazing! It’s beautiful, great location. Walking distance to the beach. This was a family trip and we all had a great time. Would love to come back again next summer.

This is our 3rd time staying in the Royal Palms and each time has been wonderful! This condo was clean, and the view from that balcony was beautiful. The only thing I think they should upgrade is the king sized bed- a little lumpy, but other than that, great condo for that price point! Will stay here again.

The porch swing sealed the deal. Note that the deck isn't at all private, tho. However, the view and access to the beach were superb. Close to great restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for providing the space we needed to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf.

Imagine yourself in a beautiful, beachfront condo. Whitesand babypowder beaches no further than the elevator ride down. Sea birds and sunsets and morning coffee on the veranda make this a destination for singles, couples, or families. This unit was exactly as described. No bait and switch on the view either. Amazing. The only complaint I have is that the unit although passibly clean, was not as clean as it could have been. The kitchen was well stocked, but the pota and pans were housed in cabinets that have seen better days. However, I am a little OCD and It was not bad enough to call management. I found management to be responsive and proactive and I am sure that if I had called they would have made every attempt to rectify it. It just wasn't to a level that I needed to call them. We had a great experience with Bender, and a wonderful stay. Comfortable furniture, a nice bed and bedding, and a million little conveniences made for a very home-like feel. Kudos Bender!

Would recommend a dustpan for the amount of sand that accumulates over the week. The location of the property is ideal for beachgoers. The beach is very pretty. Will most likely return to Sandpiper!

The cozy cottage was perfect for 2 people. Great beds. Wall unit AC unit in each room that kept the place plenty cool. Beach access directly across the street. Parking right out front. I’d definitely stay here again if I were in Gulf Shores.

The stay was amazing and went smoothly! The guest office is located down the road which was a little difficult with festival traffic and road closures to pick up our guest packet but other than that all was well! Clean space, very communicative, perfect location. Overlooked the beautiful beach!

Benders place felt like home from the second we got there. WiFi was out the first two days but came on after messaging the check in desk. Great location for the Hangout festival. I want to come back and stay here even without a festival, it was an awesome place!!
