Great 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. Decor has been updated and it has a "beachy" vibe. Just a short walk to the beach with beach service offered.

This is our 4th time staying at Sandpiper but first time in 7A. Beautifully decorated and was everything we needed. It had a great view of the ocean on the balcony. It was very convenient to the front steps and pool area.

My family really enjoyed this location. It is a small condo, so even though it only has one elevator, it was hardly ever backed up. We loved that we could park under the building so that our car wasn't hot, and we could use it as a place to organize ourselves to get out to the beach. The condo itself was clean and accurate to the description.

Great place to stay. I’d recommend installing ceiling fans in the bedrooms to help move the air around. Otherwise, it was a fabulous gulf front condo. We loved it there. The check in procedure was way better than last time. Premium communication for the whole stay. We’ll definitely be back. We love The Shores! Thanks for everything 🌊🏖️🐬🌴

The elevator was broken on arrival and it took a day to fix. Then it broke again. We were on the 6th floor with kids so it was miserable, BUT They comped us some money back AND moved us to another condo immediately when the elevator went down again. The staff is unbelievably kind and responsive. Due to this experience and how they went above and beyond we will rent from them from here on out.

Inspection of property would have revealed sliding glass door was difficult to open/close, shower curtain torn, microwave had window damage which eventually resulted in it quitting altogether. Staff were immediately helpful when advised of issues, replacement staff was quick and efficient. At least 6 people never cleaned up after their dogs, and one less tha 30 # dog was a Rottweiler 😳.

We booked the day before coming down for a last minute trip. I was worried since it was last minute and only a few places available but it was perfect. The condo was right on the beach pool in the middle. Beach service available right on the beach if you want to rent chairs but honestly close enough that you can haul all your stuff to the beach easy. Close to everything. We needed water so went right down the street to pier 33 and they have anything you would need. Check in was easy the office is close to pick up your packet. Bring an extra roll of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, and some washing detergent our unit had a washer and dryer in it. I would stay again. We had a great experience.

Rented this house for a night which was great. Only 2 things I didn’t like was, I couldn’t figure out was how to make the ceiling fans work and the fact that it was so expensive for the little time you pay for (less than 24 hours) other then that it was a great stay, clean, beach in walking distance and private pool with plenty of room. Biggest deal breaker is the 5pm check in and the 10am checkout sucks💯

Enjoyed an AWSOME get-a-way in Gulf Shores.The condo was comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. This condo had every thing we needed. The spacious balcony was my favorite spot. Always shady with a gentle gulf breeze morning, noon and night. Restaurants and shopping close by. Traffic not bad traveling back and forth.Cosmos was our favorite restaurant although the others were good also. This was our 3rd beach vacation to Gulf Shores. San Carlos 708 made it the best. Many thanks to Bender and the owners of San Carlos 708!

Our stay was everything we expected. The condo was very clean and just the right size for us and our 3 children. The view of the Gulf was amazing from both the master bedroom and the living area. The place was slightly dated, but has been updated enough. It was everything we needed, and we were very comfortable there.

We love coming to Golf Shores for our family vacation this is like the 13th year That we have stayed at the Royal Palms. We Rent the same unit year after year. We love this area dearly. But the overall cleaning is a lot to be desired. I'm really not one to complain, But I think the property manager and owner should know the findings, When you pay well over $4000 to rent for one week you do expect it to be clean! (not having to do the cleaning job the first hour upon your arrival so you can enjoy your vacation.) We understand that this is a busy time but to walk in and find sand still on the floors And the tiled area had not been mopped and the laundry room floor was so dirty And Sticky. And did not appear that the sweeper had been run in the bedrooms. The knife set that was kept on the counter was greasy and dirty and every knife had to be rewashed. We love the condo unit that we rent year after year, but over the last couple of years, The cleaning has gotten worse. I do have pictures of the floor from where I had cleaned.

The unit is in a great location with easy access to the main road in Gulf Shores, with major stores a short (5 min) drive away. The realty company is also super close to the condo building, which is very convenient. The pool is fantastic to have for bad flag days when you can't really go in at the beach. It's a family-and-pet-friendly area with direct beach access. The unit has quiet time from 10 pm, which is great because we didn't have to worry about loud parties keeping us or the kids awake. Everything was clean upon arrival, and most things were in good working order, with only minor issues (i.e., the toaster not working). Overall, a great stay and we will be back!

So thankful for the opening! We were at another location for 2 nights with no AC and in town for a ball tournament. Everything was super quick and easy and was the perfect location.

“Second Choice” was exactly that for us. We decided to book Second Choice ultimately because of the price. Even though it was our second choice it had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. It was easy to find, very clean, and such an easy walk to the beach with two little kids. It was a very basic beach house but for the price, cleanliness, and easy access to the beach it cannot be beat. Bender was very responsive to any needs and had a number we could conveniently text if needed.
If I had to recommend anything it would probably be to add rugs at entryways because we tracked a lot of sand in even with the downstairs shower. Instead of multiple chairs in the living room have a loveseat. It was hard for us all (6 people) to sit comfortably in the living room. Lastly, add TVs to the bedrooms.
Overall I would stay here again and even recommend it to others.
