The convenient location, excellent staff, private beach, and proximity to the hot spots in Gulf Shores! Such an awesome place to bring your family. Safe environment, great pool and being right on the beach is just what we needed. We brought our 1 year old and had a wonderful week and cannot wait to come back. We stayed in this exact place 2 years ago on our honeymoon and it was so special to be back again. The master bedroom’s bed frame was broken upon our arrival & there was a weird smell coming from the washing machine. The mattress and sheets and pillows weren’t great quality either. But we had stayed there before in 2022 and the experience was amazing and we still really enjoyed our stay this time around too.

We had such a nice stay! Beautiful view, clean, and excellent hospitality from Bender Realty. The condo is in a perfect location, not too much crowding. Easy access to the beach and clean! We’ll be back! Thank you again!

The location allowed us to spend time in Gulf Shores as well as Orange Beach! Parking was secure as were the outside and inside pool areas!We enjoyed the seamless and smooth check in and felt as ease with the frequent communication from staff. We would book this condo again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed are stay! It was close (walking distance) to the beach. The only recommendation for future guest is be prepared for the stairs. My legs got a workout. Overall nice place to stay.

The facility was clean, had everything we needed, and accommodated a wheelchair. Security was good, pools clean, and our condo had a great porch overlooking the beach. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo, and was well supplied with cooking utensils. Parking was easy and location great.

I've been coming down approx 29 years and staying in the same condo area. My whole family does. It seems this year, the amenities in the condo were going down. The furniture was absolutely filthy, thank goodness for the sheets. But, I know things can improve. The price is goind up, but the condos are going down....

Had beach items we needed so we didn’t have to purchase including 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs and beach toys. Stayed nice and cool. Hosts were quick to respond to any needs we had. Beach access was just a short 4 min walk away. Outdoor shower by the pool at the condo cut down on sand tracking back into the condo. The pool was super clean and well maintained everyday. We will definitely be staying here when we come back!

Our group was comprised of 4 families with a mix of adults and kids. The house is as nice as advertised. The place is in great shape, along with the kitchen being well stocked with needed cooking supplies, etc. The beach was immediately accessible from the back porch. Because the stretch of beach the house is on is only compromised of houses and no condos, there were few people on the beach and we felt as though we had the entire water front to ourselves. The rental was perfect for our stay.

With 4 kids we had a wounderful time family friendly and we could not ask for anything better. We even call for help and they fixed what we needed right away. We went on a Dolphin Cruise with Cold Mil Fleet and eat at Savanna next to the Gulf Shores Zoo. Both were amazing. Thank for such a wonderful vacation for our family. Can't wait to come back and relax for more salt water therapy.

It was spotless, communication with the management company was easy and professional. Appliances all worked without any issues. We did wish for a vacuum instead of a tiny broom and dustpan. There was no way to avoid sand in your bed when you can't sweep it all up. A few hooks in the bathroom would be helpful too. Only a single towel rack in each bathroom. A few minor issues if fixed would make it perfect.

Heard multiples say this and I agree should have 2 fobs just incase one up stairs other on beach etc.Overall fantastic. We will be back next year😊

Beautiful condo with plenty of amenities. There’s 3 pools, a lazy river, spa, sauna, and gym at the property. There is direct, private access to the beach, and the balcony with views of the ocean was my favorite spot to relax.

Everything was exactly as it said it would be. Super close beach access. It is a pretty little place among giant hotels and condos. It’s very peaceful and charming. Will stay here again. Also, the staff was all super nice and made sure I had absolutely everything I needed way before I needed to worry about it. All positives.

It was very nice and clean. We have a 91 yo father that still gets around better than some of us, lol. Being in walking distance to beach was nice also. I would stay here again. Loved it!

The house was in a great location with the exception of beach access. You had to drive because each property had access blocked. Not the easy walked as described in the listing. The house has some repair needs. The Bender team were great. Always quick to respond and resolve issues. House is a little overpriced but overall a threat trip and will definitely be back to the area and will use Bender again.

Location was great, right on the beach so no lugging beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. very far, they also have beach rentals available. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed and under construction while we were there, but the outdoor pool was nice if you needed a break from the ocean. Lots of good restaurants and outdoor activities. Will definitely stay again!
