It was amazing from start to finish. The house is amazing that even has an elevator which came in handy with loading and unloading since the house is three stories and the kitchen is on the top floor most of the bedrooms on the second floor. Only issue we had was with the A/C having a hard time keeping up on the top floor considering the heat at the end of August. It was about 80 degrees on the top floor during the heat of the day. We did not bother messaging because we expected it to be hot.

I discovered this gem years ago because it was pet friendly and even though I no longer have pets, I still return here. Great location, great value, and just a perfect spot to rest and relax. Bender Rental Company is one of the best. The staff is incredibly nice, and I would receive a daily text just to make sure my expectations were being met, and ensuring everything was just as I expected. I have stayed in several units over the years at the Caribbean, and they are all great.

The location is excellent. Technically you are across the street from the beach, but there is a marked path that you use that gets you there in a minute. You're just a few minutes drive from restaurants, shops, etc. The condo is clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking 1-2 meals each day we were there. We appreciated having a living room and dining area that were actually pleasant to sit around and hang out in, since we always pack some games when we travel. We had two adults and our teenage exchange student on this trip, and the condo was absolutely ideal for us. Parking is assigned, so it made that part easy as well.
Honestly, the only suggestion I have is that it would have been helpful to have a printed (perhaps laminated, if they want to reuse it) checklist with the leaving instructions. As a guest, having a hard copy like that makes it a lot easier to ensure you leave things the way they want.

Honestly for paying $185 cleaning fee I feel the place should have been cleaner. As soon as we got in we packed a cooler for the beach. Ice fell on the floor and as I wiped it up with a paper towel, I was shocked it was so dirty. Bathroom floor was the same.

Sandpiper 16B is a very spacious and beautiful beachfront condo. Lots of windows and views of the beach. Beds are comfortable but bring your own pillows. Baking sheets and skillets need to be replaced. There is only 1 dish towel and a sponge (not a dish cloth). Ample amount of dishes and cooking. Since I have booked the unit for next year, I know what I need to bring with me for my stay.

Love this place the only think I could say that could improve is the air vents need cleaning you can see on the ceiling where the airflow came out the ceiling was dirty. Will rent again!!!!👌😄

This was our first time staying at the Gulf shores and let me tell you it did not disappoint.. It was a super cute condo just the right size for us and an awesome beach view!! The sunrises from the balcony were breathtaking and all shops and restaurants were all within a close reach. Room was clean and neat with access to beach. We will definitely be back..

Life’s A Beach is great for large groups. The elevator was a godsend. We had the beach to our selves.
The first day there was an air conditioning problem and they had a service person there within two hour of notifying the manager on a Friday night.

Bender reality is the one to deal with.Did not realize the beach had eroded so much you could not set up a small canopy on the beach directly in from of the condo had to go several yards west of the condo for that. Will for sure take that into consideration for next trip too old to be dragging chairs and umbrellas and canopy that far. Will call and ask next year before renting.

We loved this property so much that we booked the same condo and all for Spring Break. The
Condo was clean no complaints there. There are no complaints period. And the location is great. And Ms. Missy was awesome
