Loved the location, right next to the state park. The condo was cute, and the kitchen was stocked well. Received excellent service from the property management company before, during and after our stay (wallet fell out my backpack, they called me immediately and shipped it to me.) Master bed/bath did feel a little cramped, but the comfort of the king size bed made it worth it. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a home in the Gulf Shores area. Extremely easy access to the beach with just a short walk (100ft)from the back of the house. I would stay again.

Very nice home. Clean, comfortable, Nice relaxing front porch with ocean views, quick walk to the beach. Stores and restaurants 10 to 15 min. Drive. If you like to go beach hoping like we did, Orange beach 20 min. and Pensacola beach in Florida 1 hour 10 min. Well worth the drive.

Everything was fine. I liked the keypad entry. No key card or app required. 4th floor for us was good for view. The elevator was fast though I mostly used the stairwell for exercise! We used the chairs and umbrella we found in the closet. The beach was great and the pool was nice.

I took my family to this rental and absolutely loved the amenities and views. Plenty of space for the three bedrooms it has. Our family of 5 adults and two toddlers will definitely be back!

This place was the best place we’ve stayed in the area. Pool and beach very accessible, and great views, so much so you could see every condo had the same great view - well laid out! Close to a bunch of restaurants and things to do. We’ll be back.

Absolutely loved our stay. Go to gulf shores every year and will only stay in this building from here on out! Amazing views with a great sunroom overlooking the ocean

Our spot in the sun was exactly what the doctor ordered. Perfect time of the year and a perfect location. Amenities were exactly as described and better. We hope to make this an annual pilgrimage from Ohio.

We have stayed at Royal Palms Suite 1403 several years. We truly love it so much! Beautiful view!!! Kinda pricey, instead of going yearly we have to go less than that, this is our first time back in 4 years. i would suggest that maybe they could put up those black out curtains in the one bedroom that they have in the other bedroom that would be so great!!! thanks again!!!

This condo gave us the best vacation. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff checked on us via texts to make sure things were going smoothly or if we needed anything during our time there. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at this condo or at another of the companies properties. We will definitely be using them again for our trips to the Gulf Coast. The only small detail to note is that the gate to the beach sometimes took more than once to get it to open by keying the code. It wasn't all the time and it did always open.

It was our first time staying at Gulf Shores. We have been going to Destin Florida for 16 years but they are not pet friendly, so we decided to give Gulf Shores a try. We had a great time. Thank you for allowing our fur babies to be part of our vacation. We will be back.

Great bang for your buck. Restaurant and store directly across the street, 5 minute walk from house to beach across the street. Had volleyball listed as a house amenity, but the sand court was overgrown with weeds and cockleburs which made it not usable. The house was exactly as listed, clean and had no issues. Would definitely stay again!

The vacation was fabulous. The views from the condo were breath-taking. The morning sunrise on the balcony was a great way to start the day. Having shrimp and seafood at the various restaurants was a satisfying way to end our day.

We had a wondeful time at the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Just steps from the pool and beach. Great location and a few miles from restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and felt like being at home.

We loved our stay at edge water! The condo was beautiful, as well as the views and surrounding areas. Lots of stuff to do with my 2 year old. The communication with bender was amazing, we will most definitely be using them again!

Living and kitchen areas were very good. Bedroom was quite tight due to the king bed. A queen bed would make the room easier to move about. Closet and pantry spaces contained old appliances and linens that took up useable storage. We have stayed in the bldg many times and this unit is a good one. Bender Realty was excellent to work with and we have booked again for next year.

The ocean view is absolutely stunning and truly unbeatable. The location is perfect, offering easy access to town while still feeling like a private escape. We love the clean, well-maintained, pool and room. We felt very secure the entire time. Check-in was a breeze, and we cannot wait to come back.

We were so excited to see what our place looked like! It is quintessential beach themed unit! I love the porches overlooking the pool and beach. Everyone always seemed to be having a great time, you can see all the people on their porches hanging out and laughing- the vibe was always on point. Everything inside was clean and comfortable. Loved having the wash/dryer in the unit. We don’t have any complaints and will absolutely be staying here again. We were truly sad to leave! If I had to find something for them to improve on it would be the parking, if you get a covered spot ( if you can find an open one) you’re fine otherwise it’s very hard to park and back up and out.with how little the parking area is.

We loved our time in gulf shores, the condo was well kept, had great water pressure and nice finishes. The patio was great and kids loved the pool and beach. Bender Vacation Rentals was very responsive & had an office nearby. The only thing I’d do different is bring my own pillows otherwise this place was great for us.

Everything was great and the only issues we had were in the guest bedroom upstairs with the queen and bunk beds in room . The tv would cut on and off randomly while sleeping and also master bedroom door would stick at the bottom of door was completely shut . But overall everything was great and location was perfect
