Gorgeous views, right on the beach with easy access. Dolphins every morning! Highly recommend this location. The condo was adorable and had everything we needed. It was close and convenient to restaurants and stores. The location was quiet and immaculate.

The condo was up to date and clean when we arrived. The condo could have used more kitchen utensils and dish washing soap but other than that it was perfect. We will definitely be back 😊

We stayed at the B Hive for a long weekend at the beach. The house was just as advertised. It was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room, very clean, and easy beach access. The porch was a nice place to relax and enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the ocean.

We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Having the little private beach on the bay, and across the street being able to enjoy the ocean where the crowd is not as heavy was the best!

We had the best time! Location was perfect. Pool area and beach were clean. Our condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back to Sandpiper. The fully stocked kitchen was amazing.

We stay with Bender every time we have visited Gulf Shores and have yet to have a bad experience. Great people and the condos are amazing there clean, the view is great, and the building is always kept up and maintained. would definitely recommend it to anyone

Other than hotels this was our first condo rental and it was PERFECT ! everything was so convenient and my 80 year old mother was able to sit and have a perfect view without being in the heat. This place did not disappoint and we will be making future plans here..

Dog friendly condo was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our beach trip as did our teacup Yorkie! The weather, although very hot, along with the location of the unit was perfect! Gorgeous beach view from the balcony! Can't say enough good things about the property manager! They checked on us several times and we're quick to respond. Would not hesitate to rent thru them again - or go back to the same unit! Thank you for such a great vacation!

We had a fantastic experience at San Carlos 1201. The view from the room is beautiful and the rental experience was super easy. We loved that the condo was within walking distance of several great restaurants; everything you could want was nearby. Parking at the building is somewhat limited, but there is a large lot directly across the street. Our family also appreciated the elevators in the building. There are three of them and they are all fairly fast. We have stayed in other condominiums where trying to get an elevator can be a nightmare. There were also plenty of carts on site to assist with move in and move out. The condo itself was as advertised, very comfortable, with everything we needed. We hope to visit again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Stayed at Sandpiper many times years ago when children were young. Sandpiper is in great condition, and looks the same as it did years ago.There were a few things in the unit that were needed. Only one hair dryer in the unit. The towels were old and worn. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided. (For what we paid, these things should have been included.)

This condo was the perfect kid friendly option for our family of 5. The pool was perfect for our younger kids and we were just steps from the beach. Bender was very quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay!

The property was very clean and easy to maintain during our stay with easy to clean wood floors. I stayed with my two college age sons (who are VERY tall). The twin size beds in the second bedroom were a little short for them. The family room was comfortable and the television options were appreciated. The bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen had all newer dishware in a cute nautical theme. Has a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. That is not a problem, just so you know when shopping for your coffee! The ice maker worked great. Getting in with a door code was a breeze and it was great to not have to worry about taking keys down to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
