Upon entering the condo sofa cushions for miss placed. Pretzels were in the chairs and in the sofa and something was smashed in the carpet cockroach in the kitchen cockroach in their guest bathroom. Pillows smelled horrible and I had to go buy some new ones to use while we were there. We thoroughly cleaned before using anything. tub and toilets had not really been cleaned. Should have been refunded the cleaning fee since we did the cleaning.Other than that ,the view was beautiful. All appliances worked great. It’s still a great community at the Sandpiper.

This condo far exceeded our expectations, the kitchen had every pot, pan and dish needed. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. And those views from the balcony are gorgeous at sunrise and at sunset.

We always enjoy the property and Bender is always helpful and accommodating. The bedroom could use a new mattress but everything else was in great shape and very comfortable.

We loved the area with our condo right on the beach! We were close to restaurants and shopping centers. Our condo was nice and met our needs. The air did go out over night one night but it was repaired the next morning. We did think that the furniture could be updated but certainly are not complaining. The water in the kitchen never got hot so dishes were washed with cool water. The bedroom was roomy and the bed was comfortable. The agents at Bender Vacation Rentals were very helpful and personable which means a lot! Overall we had a great experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! We absolutely love sandpiper and can’t wait to return. The only thing that might make 10A a little bit better is having blinds in the front windows instead of curtains this would allow sunlight into the living room without everybody always being able to look in on you.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location is perfect, we could not believe how close to the beach we were, I've heard the term steps from the beach, this place truly is. At night the temperatures were perfect to open the door and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing, we slept so good, The people at Bender were super nice and very helpful. We will definitely be back to stay at Edgewater, i don't want to stay anywhere else.

We had bulldozers on the beach in front of the house and a two foot long black pipe all week. They were pumping sludge from the lagoon and draining it onto the beach. This made the water black and it stunk. Next time instead of paying $XXXX plus, I’ll sit on my own deck and take the top off of my septic tank if I want to look at black water and smell sewage ❗️❗️

Nice view from the balcony and plenty of space in the condo for our family. Beach area in front of the pool area is very small but you can set up next to it.

We had plenty of room for the 2 of us. Loved all the colorful pictures, the painting of the Pink Pony was my favorite. Can’t beat the view from the balcony. Abundance of cooking item, kitchen fully stocked. A bit of wear and tear on door and molding but it’s like being at home since it’s not art of living in a home. Thank you so much for stay at your beautiful condo

Loved our stay- the condo, the furniture and decor, the location, the pool, and the rental company. It was perfect! Two small negatives: the kitchen isn’t stocked with ANY baking pans at all and the sofa bed is provided with twin sheets instead of full size.. and the mattress on it cannot be used it’s in such poor condition. But overall it was worth it and a great condo!!

Cannot say enough about Surf and Racquet Club!!! Beach is literally right there, super short walk. Beautiful pier to watch the sunset. Lagoon views. Resort like pool. Bender was great, responsive and easy to work with!

Very easy to check in. Room was clean & tidy. Right on the beach was great. Complex was very quiet even in the evenings. Only down side was the low flow shower, but that was just a personal preference won’t not hesitate to rent this place again.

Island Royale 906 was a great condo, close access to the beach and a short walk or drive to a lot of good restaurants (especially Picnic Beach). The condo was just as they described and had great views from the balcony. The gym & other amenities are well maintained. If you don’t want to bring beach chairs & umbrellas they is a rental place on the beach for them. We loved our time in this Condo & Gulf Shores would highly recommended booking this condo.

Perfect location - just right off the beach. Not much walking to get there. Very close to restaurants. Very clean condo. Very comfortable beds as well. The only thing that we saw was the kitchen drain rack needed cleaning. We picked it up because my granddaughter was with me and she’s just nine months old so it’s easier to give her a bath in the sink. It was funky underneath. I would have cleaned it but didn’t have a brush.

Me and my Family had such a great trip with our dog Buddy boy. Property was clean and the acess to the beach is right across the street. Definitely a must. We will be here again.

Communication with property management was great. Check-in was easy. Unit was in good shape. Building isn’t huge and has adequate parking on same side of road, so that was really nice. Was my first time to gulf shores and we very much enjoyed the area.

We have been coming to Gulf Shores for years now, from the time the kids were small until now where they are adults still coming with mom and dad on Vacation. This condo was by far our favorite. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great experience and a great place to stay. Bender made everything easy and I have to say that they were so attentive and made you feel that they would handle anything in a fast and professional way. They never had to respond as everything was as advertised and worked perfectly. However, I have no doubt that they would have, if needed. If you are going to spend some time in Gulf Shores, this is the place to do it!

This condo was so clean! It had everything we needed for 2 couples 3 children and a grandma. Everything was really nice including: beds, bathrooms, furniture, outdoor furniture and the kitchen. People were great security staff was great and the property management. 5 star condo
