Working with Solux was a great experience. They were always prompt with notifications and any questions I had about the property. Check-in and check-out were amazingly easy. The property had an amazing view and had a spacious living, dining and kitchen. Worked great for our family of 10. We would difinitely use them again.

Cute little cottage with everything you need for a getaway. Very convenient location to the attractions and State Park with bicycle lanes right in front of the cottage so you can leave your car parked and explore the town. The beach is within a one minute walk to beach.Everything was clean and ready for your stay, would definitely stay again.

We arrived 1 day earlier than expected and rather than stay in a local hotel and move in on the first day of January, I called the Bender Realtor, Lizzie, and she said our unit was clean and ready for our 2 month stay. So easy to work with this company. Our unit was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Bender Realty was definitely easy to work with. I received texts and emails informing us of various things that were helpful to know. The only downside of the condo was the elevator was out when we arrived. 6 flights of stairs for 70+years of age folks was tough carrying up luggage. To their credit Bender did offer to send someone over to help. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return there next year.

Overall the stay was amazing, i wasn't aware it was a 2 apartment house. Im not sure if i overlooked that in the listing. Also the property would be above and beyond if the backyard was cared for and maintained. We had an issue with plumbing but the owner was there pretty fast which was pleasant. Will definitely come back and stay again.

We always like staying in the Sandpiper! We were able to reserve unit 7A on short notice as other vacation plans changed. We had a great time and October is a wonderful time as the weather was nice and the beach was not crowded!

For the first time ever, we decided to take a trip to the beach in November. We were prepared for cool weather, but were pleasantly surprised. It was sunny and in the 70's everyday. We stayed at Sandpiper 16B. The condo was beautiful. We sat in the swing on the balcony and watched the beach restoration crew working. It was fascinating to see how it's done. The pool was heated and we made use of it daily. The condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There was no wait at any of the restaurants and no traffic to contend with. We may just make a November beach vacation a tradition!

Comfortable condo with good decor and of course the view is what makes it above average! Clean unit as described with current pictures, well maintained, did not have any pet odors. Great communication with the Bender staff. Always completely satisified with Bender Realty and the Caribbean complex. We have stayed in this low density condo in multiple units over the last 20 years and always have a great stay. No issues ever. This is one of the few condos that allows dogs, so be aware there will be lots of dogs! We did bring our dog and he loved the balcony! We like to shop at Rouse's for groceries and love all the local restaurants and fresh gulf seafood.

The property itself was incredible and superbly maintained. We drove from Indiana, so we were ready to be on the beach. The check-in process was quick and easy. We have stayed at the Caribbean numerous times over the past 10 years. Once again, we were definitely not disappointed. Condo 703 was styled and decorated beautifully as well as sparkling clean. Bender Realty has always been and continues to be our “go to” for our vacation rentals. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Upon entering the condo sofa cushions for miss placed. Pretzels were in the chairs and in the sofa and something was smashed in the carpet cockroach in the kitchen cockroach in their guest bathroom. Pillows smelled horrible and I had to go buy some new ones to use while we were there. We thoroughly cleaned before using anything. tub and toilets had not really been cleaned. Should have been refunded the cleaning fee since we did the cleaning.Other than that ,the view was beautiful. All appliances worked great. It’s still a great community at the Sandpiper.

This condo far exceeded our expectations, the kitchen had every pot, pan and dish needed. The furnishings were plentiful and comfortable. And those views from the balcony are gorgeous at sunrise and at sunset.
