The unit was clean, and in a good location. We enjoyed being only a couple minutes from everything. Close to gulf shores restaurants and close to orange beach restaurants. The only thing I wish was different is that there was a comfy seat on the balcony. But other than that, it had everything we needed.

The condo was clean and bad everything we needed. The only quirk was a very small master bath but we didn’t mind it. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The view was spectacular!!
We could see the gulf from our balcony. Watching dolphins right from our room was great.
Bender properties staff was very nice.
Parking is convenient.
Basic supplies are extremely limited so plan on buying kitchen staples upon arrival.
Bed was quite comfortable. Pullout sofa mattress, which wasn’t used, appeared lumpy.
Would gladly stay here again.

The condo we stayed in is beautifully decorated and has a great view of the beach and Gulf from it's enclosed balcony. The condo is well equipped for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Rental was beautiful, well stocked kitchen & clean. The washing machine broke but Bender addressed the issue promptly. A new machine was needed & arrived as soon as it could be located. We were offered laundering services if needed.

This vacation rental was located in a great area for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We definitely enjoyed the unit and the activities in this area.Being across from the elevator was a bit noisy but easy access to our unit. The roller carts were definitely a plus for luggage and groceries!

Wonderful vacation rental company. They made our snowbird stay a breeze. From booking, checking in, to checking out the process was seamless. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

The property was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, and in a good location. We loved the sunroom which allowed us to view the ocean from the balcony even on cold days. There were a few minor issues that arose and Bender Realty was extremely quick at rectifying them. We were very, very pleased. We would definitely feel comfortable, renting the property again.

Such a beautiful condo! We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores for years and this has been the nicest condo we have stayed in yet. Lots of room, comfortable furniture, and quality appliances. Hope the owners decide to rent for the winter in the future!

We had a fabulous time! The weather wasn’t the best but there’s so much to see and do down here, that we stayed busy every day. So many restaurants to chose from and within walking distance. Having the indoor heated pool was an added plus for our grandkids. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and the million dollar views from the balcony can’t be beat!! We will for sure be back!!

This is is our fifth year renting this condo. This year we were thrilled to find the unit had been very tastefully updated. Fresh paint throughout, new beds in the guest bedroom, both bathrooms updated, and a new kitchen sink. Most of the furniture is new and new interior doors and.hardware have been installed. There were new ceiling fans and all outlets and light switches had been replaced. It’s just perfect for us, we’ve already rebooked for next year.

This is a wonderful condo! Furniture is the most comfortable we’ve had yet in 9 years coming to Gulf Shores! The appliances are top notch! Especially the washer and dryer! I’m usually concerned with washing my new clothes in the usual washers, but this was a much better experience! Thank you Bender for helping us to get this unit. We are very disappointed we can’t rent next year! Please let us know if the owners change their mind about renting for the winter.
