Summerchase 602 was beautiful!! Lots of room - loved how the bedrooms were on opposite ends. The balcony was our favorite spot day and night - listening to the waves and watching the sun rise and set. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay and loved the place! Right on the beach and easy to get in and out of the location - lots of places to eat around the location as well.

We just returned from a week’s vacation at the Perky Pelican. It was a beautiful, clean house with an awesome pool and outdoor area. The location is just a short walk to a public beach access area. Our interaction with Bender Realty was super throughout the whole process. We even asked for an iron on a Sunday, and it was delivered within the hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!P.S. Here for a tennis tournament and the rain really had everyone scrambling to find a way to play. Very stressful couple of days that were made better by the quite room and being able to walk across the streat and sit on the beach in the evenings. Thanks.

Second time to stay at San Carlos and we really like this place. Great parking and fast elevators and great pool and beach on the outside. On the inside modern and clean. We would highly recommend.

The comforters were stained and while clean looked dirtyalso extra blankets and bedding was stored on the floor in the closet instead of the empty top shelf We love this condo however it could use some general updates The furniture used to match however now it just looks like random pieces from thrift and goodwill stores we would stay here again but it needs to have some upgrades

It was our first ever trip to the beach. We loved our condo. It was literally right on the beach. The condo was very nice with plenty of room and close to all of the places to eat and visit. We look forward to returning next year!

The house was perfectly located. So close to everything and yet far enough out that it was literally a private beach. The house itself looked nothing like the pictures online, It was even better!!! The boardwalk is a must if you’re gonna have lots of trips out to the beach.
Check in and check out was simply a touch of a button on my phone. Great AC, Great supply of everything you’d need. Plenty of towels for everyone. The rocking chairs on the front porch were nice to sit in as well. The pass is just a couple houses down and the kids did lots of fishing there as well. It was money well spent and we had an excellent vacation!!!

We had a wonderful week and was very pleased with Bender response and services. The only suggestion I would have is to get some umbrellas at the pool.

This place was amazing. My family and I loved the beach access and the pools! We enjoyed the close proximity to some of our favorite restaurants: Oyster House and Shrimp Basket. The place was clean and very spacious. The views were great.
I do recommend to be at the condo before 5pm. The condo’s lobby staff is only available from 9-5 and you will need them to issue you a parking pass, wrist bands for amenities, and beach access gate code.

We really enjoyed staying in 309A. You can tell it’s been updated and is nicely decorated. The furniture and mattress were all very comfortable. Easy access in and out. Beautiful pool views. It’s very clean and highly recommend it. We will definitely stay again in the future.

We had a fortune to see two pods of dolphins right out of the balcony.

Everything you see in the photos are absolutely real. You are tha5 close to the beach and it is beautiful. Very clean and easy to come and go as you please. Also not far from anything you would need.

We wanted a place that was on the beach and not a high-rise. This fit the bill! Loved being so close. The staff was responsive and great.
