My husband and I stayed in unit #503, Caribbean condos. I loved all the beach decor. Everything was clean and organized. The balcony overlooking the beach was great. We could see porpoises (or dolphins) swimming from our balcony. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We prepared breakfast and lunch in the condo and then ate at local restaurants for dinner. We had a good supply of dishes and pots/pans. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a problem with one of the TVs and we called Benber and maintenance came within 30 minutes and fixed it. We had a great vacation.

This was our first time using Bender Vacation Rentals. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The condo was wonderful. Bender Associate, Marylyn was extremely helpful with our check-in process. She also assisted with our request to extend our stay for one extra day. She was wonderful! We had a very minor issue with our television service. An extremely nice and courteous maintenence technician from Bender responded within a few hours and resolved the issue! Fantastic experience!!

Great location, recently updated, new and quick elevator, great views of the ocean, could sit by pool and still see the beach and hear the waves crash and sea gulls chirp. Being able to take my fur baby to a great location was the most important thing to me. The manager and staff were very helpful. I definitely plan to go back

Stayed at Phoenix Gulf Shores September 8-12th. Bender Vacation Rentals managed the unit we were in and I can say they were awesome with every aspect. Always prompt on answering texts and keeping us informed. Had rented another unit in different complex and had issue with balcony going to be worked on while there. The managing company (VACASA) was horrible to deal with in trying to get a refund. So I definitely appreciate Bender and all they did to make our trip enjoyable!!

A perfect seven day vacation. Unit was beautiful, terrific view of the Gulf, and no issues with the unit. Hurricane Helene passed close to us, but was no problem. We stay at this unit on all of our trips to Gulf Shores. I highly recommend this unit and Bender Realty.

Awesome condo! Perfect for two! This is our second time staying in this condo! Everything works perfectly! It is very clean and well maintained! The 2 bathrooms are a plus for my husband and myself! The only changes I would suggest would be to upgrade the king mattress or add a topper to it! But, this condo is our favorite in Royal Palms! We will be back!!

My family of 5 stayed in this beautiful condo. It is PERFECT! With 3 teenagers, this condo had everything we needed and offers gorgeous views of the Gulf! Comfy beds, all the kitchen supplies you need to make meals from the condo when you just want to chill rather than go out to eat. You can even grill poolside! Very clean and well maintained as well as the entire building. The deck is large with comfortable furniture. We will definitely be returning to this one! Customer service from Bender is top notch too! Close to the pier and good restaurants and shops! PERFECT!

Our rental experience was hassle-free. Bender agents quickly answered all our questions, including door width for accessibility of my mobility scooter. Although the furniture and countertops have a dated appearance, everything was clean and comfortable. However, the toilets are lower than even standard toilets. The toilet seats are not more than 14 inches from the floor. If toilet night is a problem for you, consider asking for another unit. I visited a different unit during our stage, and the toilets were normal height. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and very close to the beach!Property description is accurate. The view from the deck is spectacular!

It was a great stay that made a few days unforgettable. the accommodations were comfortable and classy at the same time. You just can't beat the view from the balcony. The sound of the ocean at night will be a timeless memory for me.

We had a wonderful visit at The BeeHive. We were able to check in early, which was great after traveling 6 hours with young kids. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of space for the 4 of us. We did make the decision to leave a day early because of the storm moving in but check out was very easy too. Would definitely revisit. Very cozy.

Extremely happy with our stay at Bender's Island Royale 906. The balcony and view were outstanding. The listing was accurate. We brought our bikes and the location is only a couple of miles from the Gulf State Park which has miles of nice quiet trails. The location is walking distance from some fun restaurants and stores. We ended up extending our stay by one day to avoid traveling north during hurricane Helene which was a very easy process with Bender. Communication was great, check in and out was easy and smooth.
