It’s a great place to stay! Loved it being right on the beach… only problem i have is it’s a little outdated for the price we had to pay for 3 nights was ridiculous high especially in the fall. There was no where else on the beach that we could book last minute so we chose this one.

We have been coming to gulf shores since early 2000s. We always stay at sandpiper. We like the since of community there. We never meet a stranger there. Well be back!!

The condo has been updated some since the pictures were taken. Now the color schemes are more neutral. The painted walls are sea mist color and beige furniture. The bed in the bedroom is a king size, not queen as listed in description. The kitchen appliances do need some updating still. Overall, it is a nice condo with a great location and beautiful view. Bender was great to work with.

Love Royal Palms. We've stayed in this building in the past but upgraded to a corner 2 bedroom this year with Bender. Fantastic room with upgraded appliances and granite countertops, VERY clean (I'm incredibly picky with cleanliness), great communication with them, overall a wonderful experience. Everything worked perfectly, AC blows cold and the washer/dryer both worked, which is a rarity lately in other places. The balcony is great! Loved the views out of the windows facing the beach. The location is perfect since it's in the center of both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Highly recommend!!

Booked for the location (end of the strip, closest to the state park) and the ocean-front and it was 100/100 for that! Otherwise the unit was super clean, bed comfy, AC bumping. Building is older and not super nice but totally fine for the value. Only thing to note is absolutely no salt/oil/coffee/etc.

The house was perfect and in a good location. It was quiet even with others next to us. The kitchen is stocked better than any other rental I have stayed in and the house was very clean. comfortable beds!

What a great time for a beach trip. And this condo made it nice and smooth. I’ll comment on what I care about most in condos: Comfortable beds, clean, great balcony furniture, fast ice maker, super host company (Bender), great deal, easy walk to convenient store (Pier 33). The only miss was not having measuring cups or a cookie sheet. We worked around that. Great trip!

My family of four (two kids, two adults) stayed for a full week in September and had the best time. The condo was as described in the pictures, had the perfect location next to the state park, was cozy/comfortable, and was very clean. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time (when we weren’t at the beach) out there. The beach was amazing, the weather was perfect, and we enjoyed seeing dolphins regularly. This was our second time renting through Bender Realty and they were great to rent through. We would stay here again!

We loved staying at Fernhill! it was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The views are amazing! Location is close to town, but not so close that there are condos everywhere, so the beach was never crowded. We are coming back next year. We may have found our yearly beach house rental!

The rental was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean and the condos were so close to the water . It was a beautiful week and September is the best time for vacation. No waiting for tables at restaurants. And no traffic or crowds. The air vent to the bunk room was closed and it got warm in there at night is the only complaint and I was unable to open the vent.

The staff at the office were super helpful and accommodating. They checked to make sure everything was good. The condo was great. Plenty of room and the view was exceptional. Only 4 units per floor which made it nice and not too many people. Anyone that needs a place to stay this is the place. It’s quiet and so convenient to everything.

Our condo was beautifully decorated and comfy. The bed was perfect. Location was probably the best I have stayed in. We were out the door of our condo and on the beach in less than five minutes. Owner was easy to get in contact with by text and responded quickly. We will be going back!

The house was absolutely perfect!!........... My guest mentioned the only thing they would change is the beach access. Walking over the dome appears steeper when walking in the heat & pulling a beach cart (haha)........... but that didnt stop us from having a great time. The house is beautiful; very well cared for & supplied.

The condo was just as it was described. Very calm and relaxing decor with a beautiful view. We were on the 6th floor, the elevator was quick, and we would be on the beach in 5 minutes. I had a question and text the owner. Within a few minutes I had an answer. The only suggestion I would give is to add a Keurig. I had brought coffee pods with me and had to go buy ground coffee. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.

Amazing beach house!! Everything was great!! The house was decorated so cute and the kitchen was well stocked. Nice porch on the back and walkway to beach was great for our mom. Beds were comfy too. We will definitely be returning!!

This condo unit was exceptionally clean and beyond our expectations. Great convenient location for shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the beach. Bender did a great job with communication from booking to departure. Overall a great experience.
