We had a great stay. Located right across the street from the beach and close to everything in town.

That makes a great first impression. Upon entering the condo we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. Entry was welcoming and decorated. The master was big with a king bed. The view was of next door and the parking/roadway. Bathroom not huge but plenty of space. Once down the hall you find the second bedroom, bathroom and bunks. The hall bathroom was larger than the master and nicely decorated. Our 190lb, 5’10”, 15 year old slept comfortably on the bunk. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, dishwasher, and all the things needed to cook. There’s a bar with stools as well as a table for four. There was plenty of room in the living area. Loved the recliner, it was cozy. My most favorite spot the entire time was the balcony. I could just sit there for days. The view, sounds and my good book was the absolute best part. There’s a pool; which we never used. We rented beach chairs from Ike’s. But there were extra chairs and supplies in the second bedroom closet. That’s a major plus! Elevator was fast. Never had to wait and wait on the elevator. Says a lot if you know you know. Only suggestion is the master needs a new mattress. You can see intentions where it’s been slept on. If it had the same mattress the hall bedroom had you’d definitely never miss home. We were so very pleased. It was clean, comfortable and all around a 5 Star in my eyes.

We had a problem with our microwave and within the hour they had us another delivered. They make sure your stay is as perfect as can be. The pool was perfect and the close proximity to the beach is awesome. Thank you Bender for our Awesome house and our first visit to Gulf Shores. We are already planning our trip for next year. Hopefully the house will be available.

Great balcony view in the heart of Gulf Shores!! Minutes away from great restaurants! Close to Pier 33 Groceries. Easy check in and check out and they even let us know our room was ready at 12:30 on Thursday! Highly recommend The pool could’ve been a little bigger.

It was with in walking distance of plenty of shops and a few restaurants, the one next door was busy but very good. The pool area and beach access was spot on and easily accessible. The unit itself was comfortable enough to not call it bad or give it a bad review. Just a few minor things that would probably be found in anyone’s own home. There were no bugs, as a matter of fact the pest control people came and sprayed the rental while I was there. They politely asked and I told them to come on in and do their thing. There were just small cosmetic issues that had no bearing on my stay and like I said, things that could be found in anyone’s home. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking equipment and silverware. There was some board games/ chess board that my son and brother enjoyed during a rain storm. The unit was more than comfortable & convenient enough to anything you might need; ie stores Walmart ext...The staff at the realtor’s were nice. I will say this , if you are bringing 2 vehicles you need to let them know so you can have 2 parking passes otherwise you’ll have to pay to get another . The price only includes one from my understanding. That’s the only negative I really have to say about the trip. If you want a good location with a decent rental, this is one of them. Good enough for me and my 2 kids, Brother and his daughter. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it. You will too.

With us being a smaller facility, the beach in front was not near as busy as to the left and right of it, which was very nice. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony each morning late evening. The condo itself was very cozy.

This is the sixth time I've stayed in this building, but the first time for this condo. It was clean and the rental company provided everything needed for a great stay. They checked in with us few times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The check in process was easy and everything went smoothly. I will stay in this condo again in the future.

It was a beautiful place to stay and relax for our daughter’s softball tournament weeks. I loved the ease of being able to get to the fields anywhere she played and our access to the beach..

Everything was great with the rental we stayed in. Very close to the beach with a private pool. Had public grills to use to bbq meals. Everything worked out great for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was great!

We were there for a softball tournament and we didn’t get to enjoy all the wonderful amenities that the property had to offer, especially the fishing pier. However, we were there for 4 July, and to our unexpected surprise the entire condo was an absolute vibe all morning and afternoon by the pool. The collaboration of the owners and the care of their community is like family. You can absolutely tell the property is something everyone there cares very deeply for and is very proud of.

Excellent spot!

We had a fantastic stay. The only thing I wish I would’ve known sooner was that there was an elevator at the front of the property. Otherwise, the condo was great. It was clean and we had everything we needed. Can’t beat the location either being steps from the beach. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings too and watching the sunrise. We saw lots of dolphins too. Beautiful!

Perfect location, close but not right in the hustle and bustle! Felt like home, convenient walk to beach, pool on site convenient when done with the beach, we enjoyed our stay!
