Originally we had reservations on Marco Island, but because of hurricanes Helene and Milton we had to change plans. We stayed at P102 Island Royal. Beautiful views and quiet beach. Very clean and everyone was polite and accommodating. Only short drives to restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might want to do. The pool was a little small and needed some work on the hot tubs, but we didn’t come for that we came for the beach, so we are happy with our stay. The Bender team was extremely helpful and took care of whatever we needed quickly.. We will be back to stay again.

Based on the price and a quick review of the pictures, I was actually expecting a very basic stay, but the kitchen and finishes felt very high end and we were really pleasantly surprised at check in! Very clean, great layout, the elevator was amazing, and the beach access was INCREDIBLE (we're used to lots of stairs and long hikes even with beachfront access- this was like walking out into your yard) Loved the 2 pools as well. Awesome spot, worth every penny, wish we could have stayed longer!

Royal Palms is a great place to stay on the Gulf. You're beachfront and street noise is non existent. Has an indoor pool and elevators. The unit was clean and a well stocked kitchen. Each bedroom has it's own bath plus a half bath. Very pleasant!

We stayed at the BHive. It was terrific! Cozy, comfortable and beautifully updated. Swing on the porch such a treat. Cant wait to return!!!

Booked this stay for my In-Laws! (Used my profile) this is their feedback from them! My husband’s really liked the stay, super clean and very nice! Easy check in and close to everything! Only thing we could say as a con feed back/maybe add in description is that the pet fee is separate after booking due to condos policy BUT stay was still great! Got thrown off by that pet fee being separate from air bnb after booking but that’s the only thing that was a con. Overall stay was perfect!!!!
