Gulf tower 7C is a great condo. Beautiful views, comfortable bed. Only negative is need new pots and pans and better wuality linens. Furniture is dated as are kitchen appliances. Otherwise love Bender and Gulf Shores.

We stayed at the BHive. It was terrific! Cozy, comfortable and beautifully updated. Swing on the porch such a treat. Can’t wait to return!!!

My husband and I found this condo very short notice and I am so glad that we were able to stay here. The location is great and the condo was perfect for our stay. It was clean, everything worked properly, and the property manager was very nice/communicative. It is the perfect size for 2 guests in my opinion. We have no complaints. We usually vacation in Florida but if we find ourselves back in Gukf Shores we will be staying in this condo again.

We had a terrible time with getting our debit cards to work and the host was so kind, patient, and accommodating. We were able to make it work and get in early! The unit was very clean and ready to go. We will definitely work w this host again of we are in the area! Highly recommend!

My family and I have stayed in many condos over the years and never have we walked into a spotless condo without a grain of sand like we did this one. We also had an instance where communication was key and Lizzie went above and beyond. We highly recommend this condo!

Bender was very prompt on calls, text, email ect. Very easy check in process and they called when cleaning was completed so we got in early 👍 … Condo was in a great location easy access in and out. Parking was so, so. I would definitely go back to this one. ☝️

The place was very clean, had wonderful views, & was centrally located. A few minor complaints we had was that there is no lock on the door, only a key code entry. I would have been more comfortable with my family inside with an option to lock the door. There was also a scheduled pest control visit that we were not made aware of with the exception of a paper taped to the elevator. The notice said to allow them entry if they came by. The condo had more of a hotel feel than an airbnb. We didn't get that "home" feeling. There were no cleaning supplies available, or cooking supplies, or garbage bags, etc. Not a complaint of ours but something worth noting for future guests!

Everything was nice and clean. The master is very spacious but the other bedroom with the bunk beds was pretty tight. Our boys loved it so that’s all that mattered. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning was wonderful.

This house checked all the boxes. We had a wonderful family vacation. Perfect location, perfect layout and an overall beautiful home. We will be back!
*pack your hairdryer. It’s the only thing I thought they would provide that wasn’t there.

My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and we loved this condo! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and gorgeous views from the condo. We loved watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony. Hope to stay again!

I had a great stay at Sandpiper through Bender Realty. Bender was very responsive to my calls about the incoming hurricane and the check in process was so simple. The condo was clean and as advertised. Great stay!

My family of four and another family of five really enjoyed this house. We will definitely return!
A couple of things to note...
1. The bedroom doors do not lock. Not a huge deal, but good to know going in.
2. The bedding is thin, so bring an extra blanket if you like heavy blankets for sleeping.
Neither is a big enough reason for us not to return. The house is directly on the beach and the views are beautiful. The shaded porch is a huge plus!

The condo was very clean and is decorated very brightly and beachie. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. There are a couple of issues that need addressing but nothing that detracted from our stay. (The door to the hot water heater closet was off track)

We loved it because we could take our little dog. Seemed everyone there had a fur baby so that was awesome. Really like pools, I realize it’s not peak season but nothing was crowded on site. Management very friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gulf Tower! The balcony was amazing; bedrooms were nice, comfy mattresses, and both bathrooms good! Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, etc! Good storage for beach & pool items! Pool was great...and quiet, not crowdede'll be back!
